I love this store. We were served by the lovely Jess who is a very hard worker and passionate about her job. Jess delivers exceptional care and had drawn me in from the first day and from the moment she showed me the animals best interest and well fair is their priority. She was extremely intuitive of our needs and allowed us to visit our newest member several times before coming home. I have had many pets throughout my life and this little girl has settled in so well- she trusted us because of the relationship we got to build with her prior to bringing her home. Jess took the time to prep her for us to take her home and accomodate to our needs to pick her up with a time that suited us. We are very grateful and appreciate the love, care and support. Also thank you for taking time in your busy schedule to build a relationship with us! I recommend Noah s Ark pet shop!

Purchased my beautiful Chihuahua Olive here (at your old location) in January 2014. She s has the best temperament and is my absolute best friend. Trying to track down her brother that was also for sale that day who was a grey colour with light eyes, do you keep these records?
Received a very cold shoulder welcome the next time I came into store to look at pets after they knowingly sold us a defective puppy months earlier. As if you d treat customers like that especially when they want to spend thousands in store (again). I shouldn t have set foot back in that place but I had no hard feelings until my second visit just recently when I wasn t greeted warmly and could tell the owner didn t want to look at me or speak to me.. what the hell....
This is great place and I was so lucky to find this place. I had made so many enquires before getting our perfect little puppy back in September. All the staff are very helpful, But I would like to acknowledge and thank Jessica who had provided so much advise and before and after our purchase
I am so glad I got my little puppy from Noah s. Excellent service and I appreciate all the info and tbe 7 day health check which I put to good use. The vet clinic they partner with is excellent and reliable, and my puppy loves going there! Puppy is settling in well and has brought so much joy to my life. 100% will buy another puppy here again!
Hello, just wanted to let people know! We got a great puppy who has epilepsy and the rarest skin disease (which is passend on from Its parents) not one vet has ever seen it in Canberra and it has cost me $$$$$ to keep him going not including the 7 pills a day for the rest of his life. We did send an email asking about it with a response saying the parents of the dog are fine which is highly surprising given the news from the vet saying that s impossible.
Don t buy unless u want to put a dog through hell and put it down while dealing with lies and lots of lost money.
Found my little fur baby at Noah's Ark, he is an absolute delight. Also found the above to be very professional and helpful, furnished me with his mum and dads details and photos. Also included other services be they dental, veterinary or pets insurance if I wanted to participate. On the whole very happy.
On the 14/05/20 I purchased what appeared to be a healthy Jug puppy (8 weeks old) for my young daughter. Apparently had a 100 per cent health check & healthy. On the 07/06/20 the puppy was playing & went to take a sip of water outside. My Daughter started screaming that the puppy was bleeding from his mouth profusely. I went to assist her & the puppy was in extreme distress, struggling to breathe, bleeding & pooping everywhere. We rushed the puppy inside, wrapped him in a blanket & tried everything to save him. Within 3 minutes the puppy was DEAD!!! My Daughter was screaming & distressed to the point my neighbours came to our assistance. This beautiful young puppy did not deserve to die & we did not deserve to be put through such distress & pain. I paid $2700 cash for this puppy not to mention the other $300 that I paid for all the food & recommended products from this store. He was much loved & cared for by our family. Enquires were made as to some kind of refund, only to be advised by the GREEDY & UNCONCERNED owner we would only receive a discount should I purchase another pet!!!! I don t think so!!! Totally disgusting & expect this treatment if you decide to purchase from this store!!! Buyer be ware!!! If I could give you ZERO for your rating I would.
UPDATE!!! I received an email in regards to my complaint.. the owner is not willing to offer a refund so I m unsure what they would like to discuss . Further, extremely difficult to contact YOUR emergency number when a puppy is dying in my arms & my child is screaming in fear! I called an emergency vet however, sadly, the puppy passed away within minutes. $2700 for a puppy that died after 3 weeks & you ask me to remove my post??? That s not about to happen! I hope others read this & go elsewhere & avoid heartbreak & a very depressed child with no puppy!!! Heartless owners!
We bought our first Small breed in this shop and the staff were great they are helpful and informative. The process made it easy for us as they provided every bits of information we should know for our new puppy. Prices are affordable and they look after the pups pretty well!
I spent months searching for a mini breed from dodgy breeders to rescue centres but this adoption store made this miracle possible. They're obviously experienced with mini breeds and breeders so that provided me with peace of mind, and my little one is a dream come true. I'll be adopting again from this store.
Our new family member was bought from here, and Kylie the store owner, whose passion is for animals, keeps the store quaint and cosy. The puppies are loud, boisterous and energetic which was a far comparison to other stores that we went to earlier. So it was without hesitation that we decided to attain our puppy from there. As can be seen in these photos, it's been a decision that we've enjoyed ever since.
Got my lil pooch from these guys in September.. the staff was extremely helpful and honest. They never got tired answering my questions. Though price for the puppy was way too higher.. or may be its just the covid thing.. Honestly, i eventually realised price doesn t matter.. the happiness we have in our home right now because of this pup is priceless. Thank you for getting us SaSha...
