I love this store. We were served by the lovely Jess who is a very hard worker and passionate about her job. Jess delivers exceptional care and had drawn me in from the first day and from the moment she showed me the animals best interest and well fair is their priority. She was extremely intuitive of our needs and allowed us to visit our newest member several times before coming home. I have had many pets throughout my life and this little girl has settled in so well- she trusted us because of the relationship we got to build with her prior to bringing her home. Jess took the time to prep her for us to take her home and accomodate to our needs to pick her up with a time that suited us. We are very grateful and appreciate the love, care and support. Also thank you for taking time in your busy schedule to build a relationship with us!
