Bootstrap rocks. Best chili beer ever--try with a splash of tomato juice. Owners Leslie and Steve made us feel right at home, taking time to chat and match our tastes with their excellent craft beers. One half of the brewery is like hanging out on couches and cushy chairs in a living room. The other half is a bar and cafe tables where we just relaxed and met a bunch of great people. The brewery wear may say "BS" but this is definitely an anti-BS brewery that's all about good times and great beers.

I think there are about twice the breweries than we need here on the front range and it is not east to differentiate . Bootstrap clearly stands out for both the exceptional beers and the an extremely comfortable place to throw them back. The owners have captured the notion that folks want to feel at home when they are enjoying a pop. There is a good reason they are expanding and have opened another location up the road in Longmont, they are really succeeding because they get it. Its not just about the beer!

Cozy, dark layout with the smell of freshly cracked grains throughout, exactly as a brewery should be. BS staple beers are some of the cleanest around and the taproom specials are no exception. Sticks is still one of the most well rounded pale ales you can find.

Really liked the Hazy IPA here, we brought some home :) Taproom itself was nice, with plenty of seating and beer options. The bartender was really nice, and always had a smile on her face.

After trying out a pour of the Insane Rush DIPA during a tap takeover at 5280 burger bar, I just had to check this place out during my trip to Longmont. The whole vibe and decorative style of this brewery was not what I expected. I guess you could say I was pleasantly surprised to find a very Hawaiian theme going on, which is hard not to get good vibes from. I really enjoyed the easy drinking Stick's Pale Ale, but I feel like I need to come back and try out that Chillax Pineapple Gold fresh from the tap.

Although, I have not been to the brewery, I came across the gem of Wreak Havoc Imperial Red Ale, in lieu of the 2019 blizzard. A great beer to chill. I will for sure be getting this again.

This is a fun and established brewery with a definite local following. Insane Rush is their flagship IPA. LOTS of hops! Great Gose and their Sticks Pale Ale is quite tasty. The service is always personable and on point.
