Mary Contreras State Farm Agency Review

I was recently shopping for insurance and was referred by a friend to Mary Contreras State Farm Insurance. I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Everyone in the office has been very professional. I have interacted with a number of her staff, and everyone has been very knowledgeable and the, on all the available insurance products and services. I had an appointment at 10am today, and when I arrived I was greeted by Ashley. She said it would be a few minutes, and offered me a water or coffee. Mary arrived and took me to her office, and asked a few personal questions about my family and about how we were doing. She was very friendly.

We reviewed my policies and investments, and she advised me that because of a change in my business she could save me about $100 a month. That was cool. She also gave me some other advice that might help me with my other policies.

Overall, I was happy with my visit today. After 15 years Mary continues to impress me and I am happy to have an insurance person that I can trust.

I just want to thank Mary Contreras from State Farm and her staff for the great experience I had dealing with a flood in my home . Mary literally got off the plane ,she was away out of the country and came over and sat down with me said don t worry about it everything will be taken care of with my homeowners policy. Mary let me cry over my damaged wood floors and the feeling of being helpless to having hope again. Mary help me with suggestions on the contractors to trust and gave me the confidence to trust my design ideas for picking out new flooring, painting, wall repair etc. All the State Farm staff I spoke with helpful and speaking with a live person not a recording ,always put me at ease throughout this process of putting in a claim. Great customer service and followed through. My house is better than it was before the damage ,so I want to thank Mary Contreras in Tempe and her staff. All insurance companies are not the same and you want the best and I have State Farm to watch over my auto and house and Mary Contreras of State Farm.

Mary Contreras has always been a great agent. My family has been with her for quite sometime now and I had the pleasure to start my coverage with her 14 years ago. She's always been helpful and caring when it comes to my claims. She has personally called me to make sure everything is moving in a prompt manner and to see how I'm doing after the incident. Mary also has a community engagement that is so much fun where you have the opportunity to have your windshield cracks sealed and enjoy a nice hot dog among other activities. I would definitely recommend having your insurance through her.

Didnt always love state farm but, Mary makes me love them even more. She is such a pillar not only in the company but, in the community. She is so giving and very easy to work with on my home and auto insurance! Thank you so much for everything Mary and her team are great!!

Easy Peazy! Autumn set me up with renters insurance because I didn't have any and it was cheap and necessary! Fully recommend State Farm to anyone that doesn't have renters insurance yet.
