I know it has been a while but Nite Ize made the perfect toolbelt for the serious gardener. Holds pruners, hand trowel and irrigation key. That's all you need. McGuckins has discontinued carrying it and there is nothing else out there that compares.

I have been looking for a glow in the dark ball for months if not years. My dog loves to play catch but unfortunately we arrive home too late in the winter and its dark. We use to lose a ball about once a month but not any more. I purchased the GlowStreak LED Ball at home depot a few months ago and loved it from the first throw. I purchased a second ball because the batteries would run out quickly on the first one. So ball number two works spectacularly hours and hours of fun on the two little batteries.I was just going to cut my losses with the first ball and not hassle with trying to get a replacement or my money back but I had a few minutes on my hands. I messaged customer service on the website and within two minutes they committed to sending me a replacement. Great People. I will make sure I buy direct from them.
"Brian" in customer service is THE BEST . Each Nite Ize product is so unique and useful. I own several NI products and love them all. My latest favorite is "NextGlo" Visibility Markers and Tags- no batteries, only proprietary glowing plastic material. These things glow 24/7, regardless of the light source they passively charge from... amazingly helpful and brightly glowing product!
First off I really enjoy Nite Ize products, in fact I was just gifted some last night at a holiday party.
I will however say I dont like the batterys these lights use in most if not all of Nite Ize products as they dont last long and they are specialized enough that you either have purchase more of them through an online retailer or specialty outlet store once they give out. In 2020 you'd expect these products to be either made of better quality LED's that would last alot longer and/or have a rechargeable battery for continued use. Not sure if that is in the works but I'd love to see this company be able to catch up to the future of lighting products.
I've been using my Radiant 200 headlamp for a few months now and felt inspired to write a review. I've owned about 10 headlamps over the years. Some I've broken in a month of weekend backpacking trips (poor quality switches, hinges or seals). Others are simply battery hogs or have weak lumens. The Radiant has pretty much crushed them all. The spot beam seems like a high-powered bike light, but it switches with out any mystery buttons to soft or wide beams, and the red beam is essential for not blinding my hiking partners. The best part - when you hold it in your hand it simply feels like a piece of rugged gear. I'm an semi-ultra lite tech nut, and this will definitely be in my essentials bag.
Wow! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nite Ize. They make solid products that are built to last and their customer service is fantastic. Will be buying more of their products in the future.
Exemplary customer service. Strap broke on my financial tool wallet, I contacted them and they were going to replace it for free with the updated wallet but I inquired about another product to purchase as well. I went to the headquarters and was given both the wallet and second product for no charge. Thanks guys!
