I've been using my Radiant 200 headlamp for a few months now and felt inspired to write a review. I've owned about 10 headlamps over the years. Some I've broken in a month of weekend backpacking trips (poor quality switches, hinges or seals). Others are simply battery hogs or have weak lumens. The Radiant has pretty much crushed them all. The spot beam seems like a high-powered bike light, but it switches with out any mystery buttons to soft or wide beams, and the red beam is essential for not blinding my hiking partners. The best part - when you hold it in your hand it simply feels like a piece of rugged gear. I'm an semi-ultra lite tech nut, and this will definitely be in my essentials bag.
