Lots of terrain for all levels. Short lift lines even on a holiday weekend. Niseko United connects all 3 resorts on the mountain. Great lift access backcountry through gates. Best with guide to find secret stashes.

You shouldn't be selling tickets without equipment. I just went down the gondola and came down right away because the ski area is still open.

1/10 Ice cream in the eating and drinking space on the 2nd floor

Speaking of Hokkaido, winter ice cream.
Is that image only me?

There used to be an ice shop "Gift from the North" in Sapporo in Niseko.

This is a place operated by Tokyu Resort, and I think it was a different store last year, but if it's a popular store, it's going to go this far.

Since it is not a free space, there was a customer service from the clerk, and I had a relaxing and delicious ice cream.

It has been coming every year for the past 10 years, but I feel that the amount of snowfall is decreasing year by year. And most people are aiming for fresh snow, so they can be eaten in no time. Basic fresh snow should be aimed off course. However, the aim of fresh snow is already in the area of "bakuchi", accommodation costs and food expenses are increasing year by year, and I feel that it is no longer a place to go through careful preparation from several months ago.
It would be nice if you feel that you are in a foreign country while you are in Japan, and feel that kind of atmosphere.

This place is meh. Really great on a deep pow day, but infrastructure is lacking. Old lifts all over the resort, awful announcements blaring through the resort at all times. Wish they played more music over the speakers.

If you want to be in a town full of Austrlians (every western person is from Straya with a skate banana, lib tech) and over crowded slopes with extremely overpriced accommodation then this is your hill. Snows very heavy like west coast BC snow, lots of flat areas. Would be cheaper to go cat skiing for a week out of town and get hills all to yourselfs. Hokkaido Backcountry offer an amazing package that would facilitate this.

Comfortable hotel and fantastic location for skiiing. The ice can be hard at times due to rain but is still worth it when there is a snow storm. I personally prefer the Annepuri ski area even though there are less slopes.

Went there during a low snow period but was still great to ski in, I wish it had better shuttles between the ski fields though, united niseko only comes once an hour and also I wish there were a couple more directories on the trails, very easy to go down the wrong path

The powder snow of Niseko is a ski resort

The powder snow of Niseko is a ski resort
The snow quality is very good, and many schools bring children to ski lessons
The ski trails here are suitable for children, beginners, and professional skiers who like to pursue speed.
There is also a ski school here, you can book an enrollment course
/The first ski resort-Niseko/
Whether it s a Japanese or a foreign skier
Niseko
The best ski resort in Japan
Dry and cold air from the Sea of Japan
Powdery dry snow fell when passing Annapurin Mountain
Known as the top powder snow, it is the favorite of skiers
The entire Niseko region is divided into four major ski resorts along Annapurin Mountain
Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Anupuri and Niseko Village
The largest is the Hirafu ski resort where we stayed this time
The cost of skiing in Niseko is quite scary.
But this is the best ski resort in Japan
Falling snowflakes , delicate and tender
Various ice crystals can be clearly seen with the naked eye
It s a pity that because of the meticulousness, when the body is heated, it will turn into water
Plus the camera is not high-end
I can't capture the moment of moving
Ice friends who have been to Niseko will be attracted by the magic of this beautiful powder snow
Calling you to challenge the next steeper slope again in the next winter!!
The ski slopes are spacious and comfortable to slide
The hotel on the side can go back to the room to rest and set off when tired of sliding

It is also possible to ski run off the track on the premise that you follow the Niseko rule as many courses. It is a sloping like heaven for over intermediate players. The park is also beautiful and easy to play. Depending on the timing, there is also a half pipe. However, Rest House meals are superb. There is a slightly bad part between the courses, so if you do not know the course (or if the skill level is low) you can skate the board and remove it. I have not seen a snow-covered car during the day, so I wonder if it is only in the morning? There are also burning burns in the afternoon due to that.

The lower part of the slope has an ice barn and a bush. The upper part is not slippery due to lack of snow. I can't help this year. There are few restaurants. But it's not that crowded. Do not everyone eat on the slopes? The price is the same as Hakuba. Well it's not delicious.
There are only foreigners, but the slope manners are good. Unfortunately, foreigners have better manners than Japanese.

It was summer Hirafu, but I was able to spend a rather intense day just in the area such as the flow trail, adventure park, and gondola!
All of the staff here will be happy to help you learn quickly. I want to go again

There were many courses and I bought a 5 day ticket, but it didn't work! !

Mt. Yotei, which is said to have the best resemblance to Mt. Fuji when the weather is nice, looks clearly like this picture!

Also, most of the visitors are from foreign countries and can enjoy a slightly different atmosphere!

In Niseko there are also gates where you can go outside the course! You will get angry unless you get out of the gate properly~

It's really recommended for those who really like snow and want to slip the powder, so please go!

A very well developed and internationally renowned ski place.

So many foreigners around and you would not think you are in Japan.

Niseko is famous of its powder snow which is really soft like powder and you won t get too hurt even if you fall so badly ( )

Restaurants are so so, similar to all other ski resorts in Japan. You can find local Japanese food but don t expect too much.

There are many other izakaya, western style restaurants and bars in the Hirafu area though. But unless you have high budget, you may find them a bit expensive. Maybe that s why the Seico Mart, the only convenient store conveniently located in the heart of Hirafu, is always crowded with people buying food haha

Great snow quality.

Great snow quality.
In addition, the scenery from the summit on a sunny day is unbearable.

However, the top season is crowded with compound
The lift fee is also quite high

One of the best winter resorts in the world. Prices are high in restaurants and the surrounding area.
Half of the customers are Europeans and Americans, 1/4 are Chinese and Asian countries such as China, and few Japanese.
Snow quality is by no means the best, but nothing to say about the amount of snow!
The slopes are fun, but you can also enjoy BC at your own risk unless you go under the rope.
Heaven if you can make local friends! You can enjoy a wonderful BC course!

And the wonderful thing about this ski resort is the scenery and the surrounding environment.
On a clear day, you can see Mt. Yotei, also known as Ezo Fuji, and climb up to the top of Annupuri so you can enjoy a pleasant gliding as you dive into Mt. Yotei.
And there are so many restaurants and taverns that you can get lost for dinner and lunch!
If you have a car, you can find a lot of delicious food even a little away.

Hirafu is 2 hours from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport!
Great.

I went to see my niece with my family.
It was mid-March, but the snow quality was good.
The atmosphere is like being in a foreign country, and the shops are resort prices.

Great place to snowboard. Been coming back here 2 years now. Snow is powdery at top of mountain or on the lesser skiied slopes. The bases are more crowded with people & snow harder/icier but get to mid or top mountain and man..... nice powder !

On the Grand Hirafu side, there are a number of runs that works great chained together. All levels of snowboarders can do these slopes. Advanced snowboarders might wanna cross over to adjoining slopes from the top of the mountain for larger play areas. :)

There is only Hokkaido, so each course is vast. I always slip in the Niigata area, but when I slipped in the same way, my fatigue level was completely different. I thought that I was tired because the lift ticket was only in the Hirafu area, but that was not the case. After that, I upgraded to whole mountain, but on the contrary, it is troublesome to go to another slope. . Snow quality was awesome. . . I mean, I never slid off the course with such fresh powder snow, so I was buried in various ways. . . It gets very cold as you get closer to the top, so I think it's better to keep it warm. I bought a face mask on the way. You can go to each slope from the top. But the top may be tight for beginners. .

There are many foreigners in the winter, and it is a ski resort like in Japan. Because it is a resort area where many wealthy people visit, the price of everything such as meals is high. As a location, you can enjoy very beautiful mountains and powder snow. It is almost obligatory to wear a helmet. There are many local Japanese who slip without wearing a helmet. There is a rule called Niseko Rule, so please see it on our website. It was a corona business this year and it was a resort area with no customers since mid-March. We hope that many Japanese will come and enjoy the summer season! !
