My fiance and I ordered over twenty shirts for our stag and doe and at first I was very pleased with the service, even though I personally thought the prices were a little steep. However, the day of our stag and doe we found out that one of the groomsmen received the wrong size shirt and we had to quickly get one made. Not only did they charge us for the extra shirt after we had already made a large purchase, but they were very rude about it as well. I understand that they would not be able to do anything with the extra shirt, but in my opinion it was very poor customer service! I was not impressed at all and in the future I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Got 2 shirts made up paid $60 and they are in the trash.... They dont say they cant do it they just take your money slap a big stupid sticker on a t shirt and charge you $30 a piece.. Im so pissed looks like crap i paid for a very good shirt got a rag worse part is i got 2 of them!!... Going to return the other stuff i got and never go back....... they make a lot of shirts you would think they would have demos to show you how yours will turn out but they dont for a reason

So I had called ahead asking about the price there...

So I had called ahead asking about the price there was miss communication and I had heard 25$ for 2 t-shirts the most basic they had and I just wanted some basic text the shirts would have been 10$ each at retail price approximately. So I get there and the total came to 56.50 for 2 basic t shirts. The quality was fine. I did not pay attention to the price cause I was in a rush. So I come back 10 minutes later and explain to her that I miss heard and was in a rush and did not pay attention to the price, she did inform me that they do not do refunds for custom tees then I said well I'm not taking these if they are 56$. So she gave me the refund with some serious attitude even though I had apologized multiple times and tried to be nice about. She told me that I wasted her time even though mine was just as wasted ( and she wasn't doing much to begin with). And the while refunding boldly said "I can't believe this" in front of me i did not speak out or act rude and even apologized once more. I was very displeased with the customer satisfaction and the way she spoke to me i work with customer service and I am a manager at my store I have never nor would ever talk or treat a customer the way she spoke to me.

I have had too many bad experiences with horrible customer service with this t-shirt company. Certain things you would expect a professional to know and show in their work are foreign concepts for them.

This tshirt company knows nothing about customer service and dealing with a customer. And even at the least using common sense is not something common with this company. I only came here because it's hard to find a tshirt company in Hamilton. I dealt with madjit not sure what her position is in the company, but her body language is like you are bothering her, her tone, her facial expressions to question. The last order I did I sent a design and a mock up and they printed the design with the traced line on it. When they sent it to me for approval because it was transparent I could see the trace line but you would think out of experience for printing shirts they wouldn't print a design on a shirt with dashes around the font but of course they did and when I called about it I got an angry woman yelling back at me.... smh

Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, brushing off his initial face to-face rudeness as "maybe he's having a bad day". I phoned back a week later ready to process our order - didn't happen. He had written no relative info down, despite being handed a typed useless quote. Long story short - what I think is the business owner ended up hanging up on me and telling me to go somewhere else!

Not impressed with the level of customer service a...

Not impressed with the level of customer service at all. Woman was rude and seemed annoyed at questions being asked. Wanted to verify style of print to make sure a previous experience with another company did not repeat itself, and could not be given a straight answer. I only wanted to make sure the print quality and options were what I was looking for, being representation of my business and staff. I own a service and retail company and would never speak with a potential customer this way.

I'm a coordinator for a company located across Canada. With last minute touches to add to the event, one of them that was time sensitive. I had to order T-Shirts for the attendants.

I spoke with an associate at Tees N' More and they were more than willing to help with my order. They assured me they would be able to help me any way they could, even with a tight print schedule. I have never been so amazed, their courteous attitude, fantastic customer service, and superb quality shirts made such an impact. The T-Shirts purchased, were given such great feedback at the event, I couldn't have been more pleased to know that the quality exceeded my expectations.

I assure you, in this industry, it's comforting to know that they were exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend you work with this company for any printing needs, and I plan on working with them in the near future. Thank you Tees N' More for excellent quality and service!

Great place to pick up just plain t-shirts, sweaters, and sweatpants. Very fair prices. Colours and sizes vary, can find some interesting things in the back shelves of the store as well (random homewares socks, etc). It is surprisingly hard to find gilden sweatshirts, so thankfully this place exists !!!!

We use Tees N More for all our uniform needs because they are nimble and responsive. From graphics assistance on designs for small single team orders, screen printing hundreds of camp tees to designing custom kits for toddlers the team is always helpful, efficient and delivers as promised.

Words just can't thoroughly describe the poor atti...

Words just can't thoroughly describe the poor attitude being shown by the 'gentleman' you give your orders to. Rude, short, abrupt and ignorant....even reading this won't prepare you for the nastiness you'll witness. It's almost worth going in to get a quote so you can see what horrid customer service some places are capable of. You're made to feel like you're interrupting his day by being in the store.

Just dropped off a very last minute order as the previous printing company was not making any progress and I was running out of time. I came in frassled near closing and the lady at the counter did a full mock up for me, worked with my logos, checked all the sizes. I'm surprised to see these comments about bad customer service. The first thing I did when I left was call my wife and rave about how they took care of me and how relieved I was. The price for printing was significantly less than where I was at first.

THE WORST customer service I have EVER encountered by a business. The gentlemen I dealt with was OM Dass, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, brushing off his rudeness both over the phone and in person etc. He was not helpful whatsoever and makes you feel as if you are an idiot for not understanding the "print language." Over the phone I had tried to discuss the details of the shirts which he did not read any of the information I had sent over and he was rude, talking over me and ended up hanging up on me when I told him he had bad customer service! I have never been one to write a bad review, it takes a lot for me to do so but I have never experienced anything like this!

Horrible experience with this company and HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered shirts for a school club and the process was difficult and long. I had outlined every detail to the person taking my order and she had difficulty understanding my order. When I picked up and reviewed my order at home, I realized I didn't receive anything in the correct sizing and color. When I called to discuss my order and why this happened, I didn't receive a single apology and got a very brief answer and was told they will be re-done. This was a huge inconvenience for me as I live very far away from the location and had to go back to get the order AGAIN. They were very inconsiderate and clearly didn't care about my service. I will NOT be using this company again, and for any student clubs at McMaster considering TeesNmore, DON'T use them.

My first experience with this business brought me back for more. when my husband was diagnosed with colorectal cancer 2012 I wanted to make him T shirts with ( I CANCERvive) printed on high quality shirts. He is still wearing these shirts every time we go to Juravinski and everyone loves them. Not only it inspired lot of cancer patients but the quality of these shirts stayed the same. the printing never faded off and the colors stayed the same which is so rare nowadays when you buy any shirts out!
I definitely recommend it to everyone I know.

Horrible face to face customer service. Wow - I thought maybe it was me, but after seeing multiple negative customer service experiences, we've decided to take our business elsewhere. I walked in to Tees n More for a quote. We're a small construction business and we're hard on our t-shirts so we spend between $1000 - $2000 a year on shirts for our employees. We've had a negative printing experience in the past, so I brought a sample of a shirt to ensure we got what we need. The ladies at the front counter didn't even look up when I walked in the door. I had to say Hi excuse me after a few seconds of standing there, and when they looked up they didn't smile. I felt like I was intruding on their time. After discussing what we needed, they pointed me up the stairs to the gentleman in the office. After discussing again what we needed with him, I felt like it was a hassle for him to give me a quote. I asked him if he wanted to keep our original shirt as a sample in order to make sure we get exactly what we needed. He said well only if you give us your business. I said ok. He said you'll need to send the artwork and a 50% deposit. I said ok, he took our shirt, turned and tossed it in the corner of his office. I walked in with the full intention of giving him our business. But at that point was feeling nervous about spending that kind of money there. When I asked about sweatshirts, he stayed seated at his desk and pointed me in the general direction of the samples. While I was looking at the samples I had some questions, and he stayed seated at his desk and pointed. Then he picked up his phone and started making phone calls. I left feeling dismissed.

I recently purchased 100 t shirts from this company for my business. From start to finish this company was amazing. Shoutout to Manjit who was extremely helpful during the whole process and went out of her way to keep in touch with me, create and send me examples of designs, send price quotes, etc. I picked up my shirts today and they look great.
