Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER ...

Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, brushing off his initial face to-face rudeness as "maybe he's having a bad day". I phoned back a week later ready to process our order - didn't happen. He had written no relative info down, despite being handed a typed useless quote. Long story short - what I think is the business owner ended up hanging up on me and telling me to go somewhere else!

Horrible HORRIBLE Business. I support local businesses all the way but do not go to this one!
