Fashion Island is Southern California's premier coastal shopping and dinning location located in the heart of Newport Beach. The indoor/outdoor shopping experience has panoramic ocean views and towering palm trees.

Shopping includes prestigious department stores and specialty boutiques along the outdoor strolling walkways. There are more than 30 dining options and restaurants, including Fig & Olive, CUCINA enoteca, True Food Kitchen, Fleming s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Roy s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. Fashion Island Newport Beach is also home to Orange County s only Neiman Marcus, as well as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale s, Bloomingdale s Home Store, Elie Tahari, Trina Turk, Kate Spade, Jonathan Adler and Anthropologie, just to name a few.

Lovely place with all sorts of options for entertainment and food. Not everything is overpriced. Head to Nespresso for a free espresso after lunch.

All very nice safe environment very good stores. I liked everything except the bathrooms, they need to be cleaned more often.

One of my favorite spots to people watch while the wife is shopping. Amazing ocean views from both cheesecake factory and pf changs. Ask me how I know! :)

Bought a new pair of Sperry Shoes on this Visit. Got a great deal and even a pair for the wife. Parked in the multi-level and walked past the granite water fountains. Love the outdoor experience.

I love this place specially around Christmas full of light , fantastic Christmas tree, santa house if kids want to take a picture with , there is a a pool with some fishes in which i belive is kids favorite place, there are so many great shop and brands and restaurants even if you don t want to shop you can enjoying walk in there.

Alot of upscale department stores in Newport Beach, surrounded by alot of restaurants and a Trader Joes with a hot and cold buffet. You can sit inside or out.

Easy parking, upscale touristy and local destination. There is something for everyone here, probably even for hermits.

Has a very relaxed upscale vibe. Spacious walkways and some very interesting home decor stores. Parking was very easy.

honestly id recommend it i have been there multiple times the foods good the shops are good and the koi pond is nice.so all in all the place is good for people of all ages.Its a good place to hang out with friends and family

What can i say ? Good vibes and great merchandise. Love newport and this shopping plaza. The Bloomingdale's And neiman marcus are awesome. There's also a sick ASICS STORE.

It's really nice if you want to look for more expensive clothing and the place in general has a gorgeous set up.

On of the best shopping centre's in the entire world, remember there's not just shopping here, it's like an entire village with everything you need you name it and you have it

Stores are very high end, its a nice looking place, but most stores are too expensive.

Best mall, prefer this over any other. Stores and restaurants for every taste, love the layout, design and being outdoors.

Awesome place to come hang out with friends and families anytime of the year, despite the crazy parking situation as generally the case for any mall parking particularly on weekends and holidays!

This is a very nice open door type mall it is a great place to come with family or alone. In the summer you can feel the breeze from the beach since it's so close.

Nice collection of upscale shops. Very courteous and amicable staff in every shop we wandered into. Dinner at Canaletto was worth the drive. Roberto is awesome and unassuming. The perfect person to make wine and food recommendations.

Great outdoor shopping mall. Most stores are open and there is outdoor dining during COVID. All the stores were very safe with make and hand sanitizer.

Very nice and its foodcourt (food area) is complete a lot of place to sit one or a large group, to eat.

Great mall. We visited Macy's. They had some amazing deals on kids clothing, and my kid hit the Jackpot. Great stuff, amazing prices. There is also a Whole foods and a Barnes and Noble at Fashion Island. Many of the hotel's will offer shuttles to and from here. If you decide to drive there is lots of parking.

This mall has so much to offer, from awesome anchor department stores, to specialty shops, dining, movies, near the Pacific Ocean for temperate weather. Too much to include in this post! Oh, and very dog friendly!!

Nice mall, nice people and clean mall. The security guard will assist you and guide you. Awesome!

If you want to go shopping but don t want to waste a beautiful, sunny day inside an air-conditioned mall, head to Fashion Island, an open-air mall with Pacific Ocean views.

This luxury shopping destination is home to over 150 stores, including several large department stores and many smaller boutique stores. Bloomingdale s, Nordstrom, Macy s, Anthropologie, and Trina Turk are just some of the shops you will find here.

A number of eateries are on site, including an artisan burger house, a Japanese sushi bar, an Italian restaurant, and several pizza shops. A grocery store and movie theatre are also available, and many events are held at the centre throughout the year.

Fashion Island is always been a really nice place to shop. In the years, it is not as nice. There is a lot of stores that are no longer there, not sure if the rent has been pushed to the point that it is not affordable, or the traffic is just to light for what stores want. It is a nice outdoor mall, and still has a lot of really nice stores in it. If you like the same stores all the time, it is not really a great place. If you like to look at a lot different stores all the time, it is a great place. They have the usual stores, Macys, Nordstrom, Apple and the like. Just need to spend a little time there and see what is offered..

I had ice knock on on my door after visiting. I'm American and voted for Trump . God forbid i tan properly .

Large sunny areas to eat and many shopping centers ... beautiful!

There are a good amount of stores, but I don't think the parking lot was planned out well. There seem to be a lot of blind corners making it hard to see when making a turn around in the parking lot.

Great out door mall. With an abundance of restaurants and stores. Art deco facades and land scapes that are beautifully designed.

Loved the vibe of the place. Good places to eat and hang around.
