Was good ..went to takes pics with Santa..but their camera was malfunctioning...so we had to leave and come back..waited about 30min after that..Great Santa..Very friendly workers.

Cool place to do some shopping or just to come out for a walk. Located near to the beach. Boasts plenty of stores, restaurants, and an awesome outdoor coy fish pond. Pet friendly.

Great place for locals and tourist to shop. I'm from Texas and usually visit this mall when I bring different family with me.

Huge variety of stores to pick from to spend your day here. The have a good selection of restaurants when you're tired from all the walking around.

Parking is ample and free.

I really like this mall and the open layout of it with lots of fresh air and good assortment of shops and restaurants. However there are couple of things I would like to recommend. For such a vast mall, only 2 EV parking stations ? Also the mall closes pretty early on Sundays so difficult to get a good evening going there with most stores getting an early shut down. Overall , I would recommend this mall .

Gorgeous outdoor mall, cant beat shopping at mega mall at South Coast Plaza but fab to small shop

OMG! I've been totally missing out! This shopping center has EVERYTHING - target, babies r us/toys r us, home depot, pet smart. one place to get everything i need. and its SO covenienty located off 87 and curther. i only hope it has a wells fargo...

We love this place! Perfect for walking around. Lots of variety with shops and food. It would be great if more vegan options were available.

The climate is cool, people are very kind, dogs are disciplined, only a few mainlanders, occupying the cool chair, deliberately show off the rich, speak loudly!

Great Mall, great place for an evening out with the family.

Decent parking, with a good Wholefoods market. Most of the shops are over priced brands.

Great place for outdoor mall shopping. Nice restaurants and stores. Parking wasn't too bad when I went on a Thursday evening.

Fashion Island is a go to outdoor mall, especially when the sun is shining! We like to eat at the Great Maple. Shopping at Lululemon and Victoria Secrect is always a plus. Don't forget to see what movies are playing!

There is a wide variety of stores to choose from. The scenery within the mall is amazing along with beautiful sights to take pictures and spend with loved ones and friends.

We came here to watch a movie at The Lot and it was very luxurious

Sadly many stores were closed, but the lights and the tree were so beautiful. Christmas is here

An upscale open air mall that feels more like a vacation town. Good eateries inside the mall as well as more choice in the surrounding parking lots. A delightful place to walk around.

I love walking this mall with my kids. Also the koi pond is fun to check out with the family.

Open air mall that ties in with the beach city vibe, this place offers almost everything from shopping to food and entertainment.
High end, mid priced and familiar shops, fine dining, casual and fast food, movie houses and ample free parking - this is a winner!
Don t forget, the beach is just down the hill.

Fashion Island is having a lot of turn over in stores.. went there for one and it was gone.. but still a variety of stores..

The ambiance and high end shops and restaurants call you here. I return here again and again at this well planned environment.

You can do all your shopping here with the feeling that you have come to the park with a clever and pleasant environment.

Great place to take a walk and look around. I came down to stay the night at fashion island resort and was very impressed with the mall that was just across the street.

This place is superb. Well designed and with quaint modern architecture. The best part, way less children than surrounding similar malls.

Spent the whole day shopping came back the next day for more so many good stores it was so clean.

Nice restaurants, beautiful views of the ocean, a Koi pond, and cute fountains all over. The decorations at Christmas are nice. I feel like it s missing a few of the key stores but other than that it s great!

Dined at Red O for the 1st time about a month ago. Wow what a restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful. I got girly for this one. At around 730pm ish live music might be playing. We did reservations just to be safe. Valet parking is available. We've been back since then.

Overpriced mall but hey look where it is. Newport Beach which I like very much when I lived there. Fantastic area. But of course this mall is not for anyone looking to save money, only those looking to spend a small fortune

Went to subway...sooo had. Asked not to toast it and I m not sure if they did, asked about it and lying to my compliant.

Large shopping mall, convenient, fun,high street stuff mostly. Ok for passing a few hours but mostly stuff you might want but nothing you really need.

This is one of my all time favorites. Good places to eat always something new with Technology. Apple Tesla and Bose demonstrations

It's been awhile since I have been to this mall. They have added stores and redesigned since I was here last. It is an outdoor mall with some high end stores. They also have a Whole Foods market right next to it.
