Nice company and nice products (from the outside then)
Reception was good and a pleasant sales conversation (unfortunately with incorrect information about the products and warranty)
Then buy a nice canopy of more than 3,000 and have it installed by the company in connection with the warranty (costs 1,200)
Nothing wrong as far as ......
Now a year later the problems start and then the thunder starts, they do not give home and do not recognize their wrong sales information.
No movement to get to a solution (excuse she wanted to replace it but only for a fee)
Service and guarantee worthless ....
If you claim to be a high-quality company, then that is not just about selling, placing the product and collecting the money, but especially after-sales service.
Be well informed by other companies before you spend your money at this company.
Indeed, there are much better companies and cheaper options in the market with the same products and friendlier prices that offer the right service and guarantee
Nieuwenhuis is certainly not the best option and perhaps not an option at all.
Sin and in my opinion is not necessary to act like this .......
I am going to another for my new house !!!
