Impressed yet again with my new glasses, in super quick time. Personal and attentive service. Great value as always. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't advise people with a strong prescription to get these. Been using a pair for over a year now which have distorted 'fish bowl' like vision due to the curved lenses. This makes me second guess my work, these are unsafe to use for driving & carpentry.

At no time did you mention your 'refund policy', I would have certainly taken them back instead of enduring years of poor, unsafe vision at work!?

If they're not suitable for higher prescription why sell them??

I can't recommend Andy highly enough. He was very helpful in getting the right glasses for me and my husband. The prices are great, and with the EXCELLENT service that we received we will not be going to one of those bigger places. Thanks Andy.

My parents started going to New Eye after seeing Andy's creation on the ABC a good few years back. Ever since then, Andy has given nothing but the very best service and amazing prices. There is an astonishing selection of frames and he works with the local optometrist to provide the absolute best results possible. Could not recommend a better optical store.

Came in wanting to get my frames sorted and The worker came and did them for me for free. Due to the fact they just needed to be resized. She was so polite and friendly. Seemed to have a large range of information in this area and made my daughter really happy, without her being too bored to go around touching things. (You know kids). I will be going back there for future sunglasses and looking into any other optical concerns I have with them aswell.

It was such a pleasure. Has stayed with me for several days afterwards. The woman was fantastic. I couldn t fault her passion for eye wear and her demeanour.

Saw Andy on ABC, he is really nice and has great glasses made and safe for everyone

I have now ordered my 4th set of prescription glasses from Andy, 10 years after the first ones. Script is always spot on...and he knows how to pick the right frames to go with my rather large head! Thanks again Andy and team.
