NOT IMPRESSED!!! They use to have a 2nd shift here so if you ran say a Tri-axle dump you might get it back by morning nope not anymore. New owners stopped the 2nd shift. I recently brought my T-680 in for LOF, and an air leak on the secondary tank. Now truck has air leaks on Primary and Secondary tanks and they want to charge for their screw up!! Old owner would personally see to it if you had a problem that wasn't corrected, I guess this is what happens when Corporate America gets involved. It's just about the numbers and screw the customer service. Lesson learned won't be back.
So after spending $5,000 on DEF issues on my kenworth this how this how they gave me my truck back, the side panels on my truck messed up so badly I cant believe it's an actual kenworth dealer who work on my truck. When I raised concern about it, i was told "we will see what if there's anything we can do" am like really when you guys are the only ones to work my truck in that area. Its crazy

As someone who runs an honest business with integrity, I couldn t be more disappointed to do business with Tri-State. Recently purchased a 2005 Mack Granite, which was sold under the understanding it was fully road worthy and inspected by the mechanics at Tri-State. As you can imagine, I was less than pleased when the truck was delivered with multiple air leaks, oil leaks, literally every single brake out of adjustment, two gallons low on coolant, oil on the fill line, and the list goes on. When we reached out to our salesman he told us he was in Palm Beach but his boss would reach out immediately, that was three days ago, yet my phone has yet to ring. The icing on the cake is Tri-State dropping the ball on registering the truck which lead to a 2+ week delay in getting the truck on the road. In the three days it s been on the road, it s had a malfunction or break down every single day. I know every used truck will have its quarks, but selling this truck in its current state was down right wrong. Overall, I could not possibly be more disappointed. I m more than willing to edit this review if any of these wrongs can be made right; but until then it shall stand.
Either the truck itself is just a bad truck or the shop doesnt actually do maintence before they clear them. Regardless stay away.
Best shop I ve been to so far. The Customer service I received from Mike, Craig and Eric was beyond amazing. They care about fixing your problem and gained my trust which is hard to find nowadays. This is definitely my new home and I don t mind driving 110 miles to get there from where I stay. I recommend this place to all owner operators.

Top notch had transmission work done, The work is really spot-on. They do a good job. But you always find a way to ring the bill up. Bill's always a little higher then I would like, it's all I could say,and That was covered under warranty. But the shop always seems to find something else to bill you for. It's almost as if though they're trying to get some money out of you ,to Maybe cover the expenses until the warranty pay of 90 days. Later. Not sure. Did have an issue. 2 years ago with my radiator fluid problem, They said it wasn't warranted due to the analysis. Of the radiator fluid some type of contamination ??went to pay for the repairs. When I went to pay for the repairs. And ask for the fluid analysis. That they sent out, they said they never sent it out. That was a serious problem. They met me halfway. Cover the parts I covered Labor,i won't go back..
