Terrible, call any other roofer before wasting your time with Nice Shingles. Angel came to my house to give us a quote to repair our roof versus replacing. We were told we would have our quote the next day. That was one week ago. I called and emailed several times throughout the week and was assured I would get my quote each time. We wasted a week waiting for this quote, all the while dealing with rain coming into our house through the hole in the roof. Now we have to scramble and find another roofing company. Angel, word of advice from a business standpoint: when you tell a customer you will do something, good idea to follow through with what you promised. If you didn't have the time to do the repair at our home, let alone the 5 minutes it would have taken to work up a quote, than don't accept the work.
