I have given 1 star but that is immediately 1 too many. Just watched the clip from Omroep Max, what an incredibly pathetic company this is. Did not receive a fine yourself, but do NOT PAY to anyone who does.

Just how people are addressed (by letter) is a reason not to pay.

Hahaha, laughed so terribly tonight during Max Vakantieman. NIB buys old fines from an Italian municipal police that has fallen into poverty and will then bother and threaten the people in the Netherlands. That you get a few hundred euros increase, which then disappears in the pocket of big Patrick from NIB. Uses the term 'judicial' when it is not based on anything. It is time for the Dutch judiciary to take action against these types of fraudulent organizations; it smells of scams namely. Don't fall for it, do NOT PAY and don't get scared!

First class crooks! They collect fines from Italy that are barred and that are no longer even legal under European law. They try to scare people with so-called official letters, but when you ask for proof, it stays silent.
