Called 5 times, receive a hang up each time, this is ludicrous!

This company does not return phone calls or emails at all. They even hang up the phone on you. From my understanding they even have a hard time keeping employees since I have had three different reps in an 8 month period. I also found out that they have an F rating with the BBB, what a surprise.
