The best industrie..save money on energy my titan almont i used for 12 years not. Problems.

I used to have an old tank water heater and with a family of 5 which I was the last one to take shower always. This meant cold water all the time for me..:-( But after I had Titan installed in the house this is no longer an issue. My bill has also gone down and I have hot water all the time. Awesome product recommend to everyone! its a must.

I have three friends with these water heaters. They work well, but break often. I just took one in for repair and they refused to fix it because it was 10 years old. They don t repair units that are older than 10 years.

On May 7, 2018 I called Niagara to ask for specific water heater, I was lucky to have spoken with Erika and she was very helpful. I called back a few minutes later to ask for directions and again I was fortunate to speak with Erika again and she explained in details how to get to Niagara. Two days later I went back to return my old water heater and get a credit. Erika was sitting at her desk handling files and invoices, immediately she got up to assist me, and handled my return with professionalism and care. Niagara is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you Erika for all you did with such warmth, and wish you the best of luck today and always.

I highly recommend this product. I have been using for a few years and it works like advertised. No waiting for hot water, turn the faucet and it's readily available. The best tankless water heater you can buy.

I can only wish every company was as reputable, responsive, ethical, and efficient as this one. I am a ten plus year customer, and every experience I have with Niagara leaves me impressed with my expectations exceeded. Beware there's other companies with the name titan. Other companies told me that my unit couldn't be fixed.This company is the main manufacturer for titan and can replace any titan water heater. The young lady at the front desk provided me with good service and a lot of information about the unit

Have been using these water heaters for about 15 yrs and won't ever go back, Niagara has been great service ... but best part, rarely needed service but when did, service was excellent.

I put titan SCR2 - N120 in a small apartment and was not sure it would do the job. We have a shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, washer and dryer. To my surprise it works just great and is only the size of a cigar box. I can run the sink hot water full blast it it keeps up. Have not had more than one demand at a time so not sure how that is going to work. But I can say it is pretty slick.
