I have never had such a poor customer service experience with a company. Flee from NI products if at all possible. I cannot count the number of times their software has crashed on my computer. Each time, I call them and their advice is useless. I spend hours figuring out how to debug the issue myself. Finally, they recently cancelled their customer service agreement with my university so even though my lab has >$50k of their equipment, they will not take my calls. Unbelievable.
EDIT: I cannot reply to their reply below but it does not address the issue at all. I have contacted my system administrator and NI has refused to coordinate with them or me.
