I have never had such a poor customer service expe...

I have never had such a poor customer service experience with a company. Flee from NI products if at all possible. I cannot count the number of times their software has crashed on my computer. Each time, I call them and their advice is useless. I spend hours figuring out how to debug the issue myself. Finally, they recently cancelled their customer service agreement with my university so even though my lab has >$50k of their equipment, they will not take my calls. Unbelievable.
EDIT: I cannot reply to their reply below but it does not address the issue at all. I have contacted my system administrator and NI has refused to coordinate with them or me.

Great place to work. They are positive and promote family life and they also have Keg parties with a wine bar several times a year oh also with all you can eat catered meals. They are very well diversified with many different nationalities that work there. The three different restaurants to eat at on the property are a five star value and ran by the some of the hardest working people (not counting me) That I have ever worked with. P.S. If you are looking for a job as a chef or cook and you work very hard this is a great place to try to get into. They are currently hiring and pay is great and so are the benefits. Don't bother if you don't hustle. They have no problem telling you they don't need you tomorrow. Thanks Bob for the work.

Left domain with a friend in a wheelchair path we was on had no signs. Google maps routed us there. Was approached by male guard. Would not identify himself. Made us turn back 250 yards instead of letting us finish 35 yard walk. He should be happy Sarah checked him instead. Sarah security was very professional and understood there should be a sign on the left entrance.

I have been an NI customer for 20 years, and purchased a ton of products. One problem with NI is the RMA department.

I recently placed an order for an NI-9202 I clicked on the picture (model number and picture matched what I needed) of device added it to my cart and purchased.

Once the product was received, we noticed the connector was not the one we needed. There are 2 models of the same model number. Some board with the same model number have incompatible connectors.

I contacted NI for an RMA and to place a new order for the correct Model. Unless I am mistaken the return, policy was that if a product did not work for the application you could return in 30 days for credit to purchase something else. This policy was reasonable balance.

In this case, I have 2 boards in sealed packages that they want $500 to exchange. At the very least the return policy should be flexible like the website states. If there is any situation to waive the exchange fee this would be the case.

The Agent Kevin Villalta would not budge on this policy, even as I explained they are in seal packages.

Good company to avoid for this reason.
