Everyone at Oaklawn is kind and caring, time after time. From the Valet parking, to registration, lab, radiology, Ella's Cafe, gift shop! The doctors are so caring, and take time to listen! So important!

Came in by Ambulance as I could barely walk. After Dr told me that they couldn't do anything for my right knee and that I'd have to wait until my MRI appointment on 20th and talk with Orthopedic Dr after that. I was directed to go to ER by after hours coveage and got told that they couldn't do an MRI through the ER when I saw the Dr. there. Tagged me fall risk and by the end sat me in waiting room to wait for a ride home. Ignored after that. Sad that it seemed like they didn't care to help and were more eager to get me out.

We were treated very rude while at Oaklawn hospital. Nursing staff sat at nursing desk the majority of the night talking loudly about their personal life's and how they didn't like taking care of the patients they were getting. Nurse Julie with the southern accent said after leaving the room all you gotta do is give them a warm blanket and a drink and make them think you done something. She was very rude. It very unfortunate to be at your most vulnerable state and you rather go home and suffer than to be at this hospital. Oaklawn you gotta do better. My actual rating would be no stars

I've had general surgery. Out patient with Dr. Ralph recently. Dr. Was so very kind. I have anxiety problems. Dr. Is a very kind person & Listens well. All so sweet and caring. Thank you to all from bottom of my heart..I would recomend This hospital and Dr. Ralph to all. And I must not forget Dr. Liston ! I was the the ER for chest pains. It's a good thing my problem was not serious (of course no one knew that until tests were given.) The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Geesh. Get it together folks.

Emergency room staff is very unprofessional, my emergency was not handled well. The receptionist attitude was very poor and unhelpful. Seems like they were more worried about gossip, then their patients. This is the closet hospital to my home, I was hoping it would be one I could count on for my health concerns. After today's visit I'm thinking I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes.
