Was absolutely fantastic and would like to say a big thank you to all a an e staff on the 16 January 2019
My dad had some teeth out there 3 times and my mum had depression problems and both times this hospital were dealing with it great! Plus, the main department has been upgraded and its awesome! :)
A horrible place. Long waits, staff who can't be bothered. Avoid.
The staff here doing an incredible job under terrible conditions... Conditions brought about by a Tory Government hell bent on ruining everything owned by the public. Keep up the good work Arrowe Park.
My mum has been in aph since Tuesday afternoon, she has had good care from staff but there is just no communication to family, we were told that she had a suspected clot on her lung so she was taken for a ct scan on Wednesday afternoon, we have tried to find out since about the results but no way can we find out, they just won't say a word .....disgusting were communication is.
On Google it is very important and helpful information given to the user and people are in United kingdom and anyone gets address and other information about hospital
I-Stents and Cataract Surgery
I have been a patient at Arrowe Park since 2015 because of glaucoma and I was prescribed eye drops since my first appointment. Although there is often a wait because of all the tests in clinic the staff are always very friendly and helpful. A few months ago I was also diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes and I had my first surgery done before Christmas. At the same time, the doctor recommended I have I-stents put in for my glaucoma. The surgery was quick and painless and I was in and out of hospital on the same day. The doctor said I would have blurred vision but the next day my eye was back to normal and my sight was much better than before the surgery. A few weeks after my surgery the doctor said I don't have to take my glaucoma drops anymore. I will have my other cataract removed soon and eye stent in that eye too. Thanks to all the amazing staff and surgeon at Arrowe Park!
My daughter was born here. Big respect to all of the staff that helped out particularly the student midwives, which I was shocked to find don't get paid, work 12 hour shifts, work very hard as NHS is understaffed and have to pay tuition fees! Crazy...
I have been here more than several time for broken bones and they have done a sterling job 95% of the time no complaints.
This is where it ends, They failed to diagnose the onset of Dementia which were present on a brain scan performed on my mother in 2008. A diagnosis was then performed in 2014 of Vascular Dementia following contact being made by the Local Adult Mental Health Team at The Stein Center unbeknown to me (see review). That's 6yrs of lost treatment and follow ups. Is it lack of communication? Medical negligence? My mother was not prescribed any of the treatment that is available to slow the condition down. This is because no one diagnosed it back in 2008. My mum continued with her life not knowing or understanding why she was feeling confused more and more and neither did I her only son we thought it was just old age.
The finger pointing has now started with Arrowe Park suggesting it was the G.P.'s responsibility to chase the Scan Results up. We cannot help but feel let down as the factual evidence is there but neither side will admit responsibility. My advise to anyone is research your loved ones illness and always ask questions about their treatment.
Had a amazing time whilst my brother as been in Arrow Park hospital. The staff have been patient with my brother and his complex needs. They have treated him with dignity and respect.
Unlike warrington hosp, Arrow park has put my faith back in too the NHS.
Thankyou for caring for my brother.
Keep up all ur amazing work this goes to all the staff from DRs to the domestics and catering stuff.
Not happy one bit, my daughter got rushed in with terrible tonsillitis she couldn t eat or drink, they through it was sepsis. They gave her the numbing spray and penicillin and if she couldn t take them give her the option to go up to the ward onto the drip, she couldn t take the medication so we were left, just me and her, sat for at least an hour and they left me to give her the tablets, she broke down into tears the lot and begged that we would stop asking her to take the medication as she couldn t, so then that left the other option, the drip. She finally took the medication as they wouldn t let her go up to the ward onto the drip and there excuses was it s the start of the summer , there s no wifi and you don t have a charger . I was disappointed with these excuses. They then give me an emergency contact number if it got worse, it did. She got to the point where she couldn t breathe like usual, she didn t eat or drink, trying to get her to take the medication was a struggle as she was sobbing and begging as it hurt her too much, the spray had no effect on her either? She couldn t sleep as she was struggling to breathe as usual and kept waking up. Last night it got that bad I rang the emergency number to see if she could go on the drip as a second choice, as they were the ones who said that was the other option, they said they wouldn t put her on a drip and if she was to go back up to hospital all they would do is do what I was doing, trying to get her to take the medication. My daughter was begging for me to stop as I was trying towpath the numbing spray, she said the pain was unreal, I could tell it was by the way she was acting. Very angry with all this as she s not eating or drinking and I ve got to force her to take 8 tablets per day, it s hardwork for me and her. Don t consider a second option and then when she asks for that, as the first option was hurting her too much, say no! So disappointed!
Mis-informed information by different members of staff in the maternity ward. Had to change to the women's hospital in Liverpool due to unclear communication.
From start to finish-fantastic.The gentleman at reception to the receptionists at the MRI dept and the two ladies who 'performed' my 2 MRI's
-I'm really impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of this experience.
My thanks to all involved
PeterM
Dreadful , sent my mother home with zig zags in her eyes who has a heart condition . Mum died a week later of cardiac arrest!
Niece went in sent home nearly died - went to woman's hospital and was seen within minutes.
Fix this disaster .
Very bad nursing my uncle eas in for cancer in osophacus which he couldnt swollow the nurses continued to give him tablets that he couldnt seollow vwry bad nursibg care the doctors should if known ...with lots of complaining of my husband and myself they finallg injected his medication ...but it caused my uncle lits of distress which ill never forget .also my auntie went in for polips to be removed wasnt even cancerous .they cut into the bowl which nearly killed her then they fed her when they shouldnt which caused again trauma ...no im not happy with this hospital plus they cover up there mustakes ...but its our family peoples loved ones but the hispital doesnt care ..
I went in today with a potential broken ankle. I was in and out in just over an hour! Through out the whole process, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Arrowe Park Hospital!
Ward 27 - Excellent care - polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. I listened and observed the wonderful care they gave to patients when their relatives were not visiting. Great team. Christine Walsh
I was in hospital today because I had very bad chest pain the staff were very nice to me and I was in the emergency room for 7 hours and I go home a 5.34 I was in a lot pain and the staff were really nice to me and I was rushing back in on Monday because I had very bad chest pain I had to stay in over night i was in emergency room on Wednesday because I hut my hand and the staff in the emergency department really nice to me I was in the hospital last week because I had a very bad panic attack and I had very bad chest pain I was in for tow night
This hospital has improved greatly, the staff are friendly and helpful. They are also very respectful.
My dad is currently on ward 18 after stomach surgery. We are very impressed with the care he is receiving there. The staff and doctors are caring, friendly and attentive and have kept us really well informed about how he is doing. Well done...keep up the good work .
We recently visited the Hearing Aid department and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. We were not registered with them as we have only recently moved to the area but needed advice for my mothers hearing aids. The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful and were keen to help. The audiologist Anita ( not sure if that s how you spell it) was extremely knowledgable and professional and gave me lots of advice she was particularly kind to my mother who has recently moved from a nursing home and is very nervous when faced with medical staff . Well done !
Fantastic staff doing a great job under difficult circumstances due to under funding and so under staffing.
Only giving a 1 as a 0 isn't an option. Worst orthopaedic consultant experience ever.
Would never seek orthopaedic medical care here again.
My husband was taken into Arrowe Park Hospital by ambulance following collapse. He was taken into the emergency dept where he was treated immediately and with care. The doctor in charge was Dr. Poulson who is one of the most caring and professional people I have ever met. All the nurses and doctors in that department were wonderful and made myself and our daughter feel relaxed and included in my husband's care and I cannot praise them enough. After being stabilised he was transferred to Ward 21 where his care continued to be excellent. As a retired nurse I think I know when to give praise and when to spot incompetence and although the staff were busy they never showed anything but kindness and complete competence. The only problem I had was in parking but isn't that a problem with all hospitals! Arrow Park is clean, friendly, caring and professional and I would gladly put any of my family into it's care should the need ever arise.
I went to A&E yesterday with a broken big toe , Jenny the nurse that saw to me was excellent , very kind and considerate .
Another very disappointing visit!! This hospital needs to be closed down it is barely functioning!
Just attended endoscopy today .fantastic team , well looked after and special mention to Alice Sanders who performed it . She was friendly caring reassuring and gentle . Well done all ...keep up the great work !!!
Very disappointed in the care at this hospital
The only good reviews appear to be fake to make it look better
I had a fall and after waiting over 8 hours was sent home as my knee had swollen so much they couldn t examine it
Staff were quite rude when I checked I hadn t been forgotten
On my next appointment it went over schedule and I had to leave as my lift was now going to be late for work
On my next appointment it was cancelled because of covid
On my next appointment it was again cancelled because of covid and said I would receive a phone call.
I never received a phone call but another letter saying as I didn t turn up for appointment on Some made up victicious date a week later I was being discharged!
I do not like being labeled a time waster when clearly it was my time wasted! I would expect acknowledgement of this error on your part
How many others have you done this too to clear your numbers?
And also I have never had my injury looked at
Worst hospital I have ever had to deal with, no one knows what is going on. Consultants not writing up notes and so nursing staff in he dark with respect to patients. my mother was rushed in and I am unable to find out where she is how she is, nursing staff unable to confirm one thing or the other due to consultant not completing his notes.
Left contact details for family liaison to call, told they would return call shortly, still waiting for the call after almost 60 minutes, not good enough at all. Got to be the worst organisation ever.
Dr Andrew Buck.
I have visited Arrowe park with a client from the community and was questioned as to if i was a carer or a nurse, in a rude manner. This made me feel very uncomfortable, as it shouldn't matter. The staff spoke about me behind my back and even called my agency when i went to get a coffee on christmas eve on the morning i had arrived. Very unpleasant unprofessional behaviour. When my grandad was there, there were a couple of nice staff but i was very aware of him being left without help to go to the bathroom which as a healthcare professional i know there is no excuse for. I will say the Emergency staff and Ambulance staff and doctors are worth their weight in gold! Fantastic people who work so hard, so for them I am giving this a higher rating otherwise it would be none.
Been to walk in centre. Treatment wonderful and did not wait hours to be seen. Excellent
Thank you.
Great in an emergency, but otherwise resembles a vast disorganised mess, staffed by hard-working good people with little idea how to effect change.
Frustratingly compartmentalised services ('oh, they should have told you to go to x, not y' is a familiar refrain) and astonishingly low tech in terms of patient services and records.
Littered with passive aggressive laminated signage.
I called from Canada to inquire about the status of my son living in the UK who was there for surgery to his collar bone. Every person I spoke to was extremely professional and did their very best to reconnect me to the relevant department where I finally received as much information as they had at that time. Thanks to all the ladies concerned who unfortunately remain nameless but are greatly appreciated.
Thanks for All the help. So many people's name's to remember... They were all helpful and supportive.
Took my girlfriend there today for a routine 8 week pregnancy checkup. The midwife there took my girlfriend to one side and asked her if I was abusing her at all. Totally mortified that this is even a relevant question to ask a happy couple.
I attended this hospital some years ago and recently wanted to get a copy of all my health records. This was a very painful process.
The hospital doesn't understand the first thing about data protection and the data protection "manager" was not only grossly misinformed but arrogant with it. I have a legal right to my record but they refused to send it. I had to make a formal complaint and eventually they gave in but their response to my complaints was lackluster at best.
Bad experience. More than 6 hours waiting in an extremely uncomfortable chair which made my condition even worse. Diabetic and nothing to eat in such a long waiting except for crisps and chocolates. Congratulations to the hospital manager if their intention is keeping patients away!
I attended the SEAL UNIT as a day patient for nasal surgery
I am full of praise for the way the whole procedure was run from my arrival to discharge .The attention and after care by your nursing staff in the unit was exceptional .Nothing was too much trouble .Thank you
As much as i dont like hospitals i cannot fault my experiences here over the last 12 months and over the years always been seen relativly quickly had some waits but only to be expected staff always friendly polite and as a patient make you feel welcome
Excellent care from the staff at the Seal Unit pre and post op grommet surgery as a day case. Felt very well looked after, staff were lovely. My ENT Consultant who did my op (and her staff) were fabulous and very caring and efficient, I couldn t have been better looked after. COVID-19 precautions in place, well organised. Really friendly amazing staff. Felt very at ease.
I can never thank the staff on a&e enough or on the wards and the cleaners! Everyone of you kept me smiling through my pain and on Xmas too!
Thank you so much for all you do and all the time you give others when you have families and lives yourself! Best hospital I've ever been in by far! Thank you so much and I hope you get some good time to yourselves at some point too! X
Just had a fabulous experience in both the Walk In centre and Paediatric A&E. All staff from the domestics, receptions staff,, radiographers, nurses and doctors were outstanding in their clinical care and compassion. The only down side was the metal chairs to sit on. When you are waiting 3-4 hours they are not at all comfortable. And it needs air conditioning
Thank you very so much my health very good I am very happy!
My better half was admitted for the second time in a matter of weeks. Ward 36 due to his Crohn s Colitis. The team on this particular ward is no short of OUTSTANDING!!!!!! You can tell that for them, it s not a job but a vocation, a way of life. Their dedication is to be commended, their care is more than can be expressed in words. We are forever grateful to each and every single team member there. After a 2 weeks stay, my better half had surgery to have a stoma. Right until the end and even after!!!!! They popped in (IN THEIR OWN BREAK TIME) to see how he was doing!!!!!!! Unheard of!!! God bless you all. THANK YOU seems to be so meaningless to express our gratitude. The chocolates and marshmallows should be going to you on a daily basis!!!!!! WARD 36 team, YOU ARE THE ULTIMATE BEST!!!!! Xxxxx
I visited the A&E department this morning and could not praise the staff enough for their care and attention.
No beds, aggressive staff .....told heart attacks and strokes were to be given priority over myself even though I was referred to the hospital for admission by a GP
The care offered by hospital staff is good especially during these difficult times.Covid 19 precautions are in place and being in the hospital felt safe.To say that many of the good reviews are fake is unfair to all the hard working staff.I do agree that the NHS is in a mess but there are numerous staff putting their lives on the line to try and improve the service offered.A&E and the Walk In Centre are also under funded and under staffed but unfortunately things will not improve without better funding but i cannot see that happening.Sometimes it is easy to jump on the bandwagon and slag the hospital and the staff off.A majority of the staff are hard working and care about the people they look after and care for.If you found my review helpful then don't forget to like it and lets show that we all care and support our NHS Heroes.
Fantastic staff. I am very impressed by the service help and kindness shown to me today.
The 11 nights, "healthcare journey" I spent in Arrowe park were very strange.
I received very poor treatment, including neglect, abuse and intimidation on one ward in the womens' section of the hospital.
And then, after having made numerous complaints, I was moved to a first class ward in the surgical section, where I was treated with respect, kindness, gentleness, dignity and consideration.
It was as if I had been in two different hospitals.
One, with a very poor standard of nursing care.
And the other, with first class nursing care.
So, my rating for the first ward would be 1*, in that I hated it.
And, for the second ward would be 5*, because I loved it.
So, on average that makes 2.5* for the hospital, as a whole.
Why are all the wards not operated from the same ethos, coming from the very top, the director of nursing, Jill Galvani.
How are unacceptable standards of care overlooked, excused and unreported in one area of the hospital and not another?
Yesterday I was at Arrowe Park a&e and was treated by a team of professional yet pleasant and knowledgable staff. I came in with a serious heart condition and received the best possible care. A catheter was inserted into my left arm by a pleasant nurse, he took bloods and heart rate then I was wheeled into the treatment ward. A consultant, Dr Hendrickse saw me initially and put me at ease when he described the treatment. He was courteous, considerate and pleasant. Dr Hendrickse and his team deserve the five stars given above plus several more! Thank you for literally saving my life!
A & E can be problematic, avoid the weekends if you can, otherwise once you are in their system for long term illness the service is excellent.
Brilliant people brilliant care...really cant praise them enough...Annette Lewis
Went for a 12 week scan back in may and they informed me that I needed to return as the scan results came back unclear. They 'arranged' another scan for the following week but when I arrived they did no scan they just informed me that my child may have down syndrome. The communication between all the staff and also myself was very bad. One midwife tells you one thing and another will tell you a completely different thing. Very confusing and stressful when you're in a 'high risk' pregnancy. That being said all the staff seemed friendly but they definitely need to be more organized and communicate with one other aswell as patients.
I have been twice this month to arrowpark hospital once at a&e and once to have camera down and on both occasions the care and treatment was excellent could not fault anything.
All my kids born here and spent time in special care the staff were so good
Our experience with Arrowe Park has been exceptional.
We had our baby there at the maternity unit obviously and all the midwifes and doctors and support staff were all wonderful, we had a great experience.
At the same time a close family member had an operation and recovery in the main hospital which was great service as well
The worst places I have been in my whole life, most of the nurses are aggressive and impolite!!
My Dr who is marine Longworth has mental sickness!!!! She didn't give me any appointment for surgery until it cause I lost my ovary and fallopian because of a simple cyst!!!!!
My daughter is a patient in this hospital and the care she is receiving is equivalent to a third world hospital. My daughter is very ill flat and unable to use her own mobile for 5 days communication with ward impossible to get through nobody answers the phone
First part of this review was 2 wks ago she has been transferred back to ward after 10 days in icu. She is extremely ill and still no communication from ward her husband was allowed in for an hour yest and had to beg to be allowed in to see his critically ill wife today for one hour this hospital isn't even humane.
The care of the staff on ward 11 was exceptional,I thought they were great
My father became ill and was admitted to arrowe park. as he had 2 minor strokes unnoticed they put him on the stroke ward until they located the problem. The stroke unit was horrendous. they left my father on his own to use the Komode and he fell as his legs weren't working properly and hit his head.
This brought on a dramatic stroke which we were not told about until the day before he passed away. We were simply told the problem was not located.
We did not see a doctor in the 15 days he was in hospital even when requested. 2 doctors saw fit enough to refer him to clatterbridge for rehabilitation even though my father was barely concious and unable to speak or move and couldnt feed himself.
I begged for 8 days for an IV to feed him. It was put in the day before he died when he was too weak to respond. I blame this hospital stroke unit entirely for the fact my father died, it could have been prevented if they were more proactive and didn't stand about talking in corridors whilst there were nurse buzzers going off left right and centre.
I must say however the A&E where he was referred back to from Clatterbridge before his death were marvellous they did as much as they could for my father. It was however too little too late.
Staff on ward 20 are amazing, doctors, consultants, nurses, hca's ward clerk domestics & auxiliary all so lovely, caring, professional an absolute credit to the NHS
Thank you for looking after my mother who was very seriously ill x
Never get shifts released on time do a lot of shifts when try phone matron staffing cant get through
Thank you to the wonderful staff in A&E who looked after me on Tuesday 8th of May after I had a nasty fall. It was very busy but they were so caring and very thorough . I cannot thank them enough.
I will keep this short as possible.....
All through 2011 in and out of a&e with extremely bad chest pain.
Dec 2011 misdiagnosed gall stones for bourneholms disease.
Feb 2012 gall stones caused pancreatitis
Mar 2012 after having recovered from pancreatits and having my gall bladder removed was sent home. Was told "no follow ups needed".
April 2012 noticed a hard lump in my stomach area.
Mid april 2012 eventually sent for scan and found a very large cyst on my pancreas.
End april 2012 was told needed admission to A.park.
Start of may 2012 cyst was now 33cms across, crushing my lungs, stomach, liver and heart. I was told by dr at A.park that there was nothing they could do at A.park as they dont specialise in pancreatic cysts!! So why admit me. Was then told u would be admited as a matter of urgancy to the Royal liverpool and i could either go home and wait or stay in hospital and wait, but then they explained they need beds so i went home to wait.
1 week later and after many phone calls between the Royal and A.park i found out that the reason the royal couldnt admit me was that i hadnt been discharged by A.park!! My wife rang the ward who confirmed that the bed (that was so desperatley needed) STILL had my name on it and had lay empty for a week due to mistakes made by people!!
Mid may 2012 admitted to Royal after being discharged from A.park. stayed at the Royal for best part of a year.
June 2013 found out i was left diabetic due to the damage on my pancreas left by the cyst and the surgery needed to remove this. BACK TO ARROWE PARK who put me in glicazide tablets.
1 year later june 2014 after struggling to control my blood levels for the last year using tablets i was then told by a professor at Clatterbridge that the tablets the prof at A.park had put me on were infact to increase the production of insulin by my pancreas! Trouble with that was that i basically dont have one! So they were pointless! And the C.bridge prof couldnt believe i had been on then for so long!
Fast forward to present day and ive at last got my blood under proper control using insulin, but even the last 3 1/2 years havnt been plain sailing as theres been all manner of mess ups and miscomunications within Arrowe park regarding my treatments.
And all of that because of being repeatly misdianosing my gall stones.
The surgeon at the Royal was amazed and said i should go after Arrowe park for compensation. He even said he would back me up in court, but i never did as its a free service and i feel compensation claims will only serve to worsen and already stretched nhs.
That being said, even if it is a free service, the hospital should have done much by me and im sure many others too.
I dread going there for check ups and im dreading the next time me or my family needs to use it in the future as the service people get seems to be very hit and miss!
So there it is.....many years gone by and now im left with no pancreas to speak of and stuck with Type 3 Diabetes.
All because someone i put my trust in made a mistake. Well several people and several mistakes actually!
I have just came out of this hospital with covid. I can honestly say the care I received from when the ambulance arrived to the minute I went home was absolutely 5 star. It was really emotional watching how hard, sincere and caring the staff were. They worked so hard in this awful covid time. Putting themselves and their families also at risk. Some of them themselves, only young some suffering from ptsd, from how traumatic it has been for them. So thankyou so much Arrowe park hospital.
Very concerned about the standard of care here. Basic things not taken care of. Lack of communication between staff.
A poor excuse of a hospital. No feedback, appointments not being made properly. Disgraceful aftercare. I could literally go on all day, but I have a job to do. A shame the staff there can't show the same dedication and do theirs.
When trying to ring to find out your antinatal appointments you can never get through, it is such a pain. When i go to arrowe park i never normally have any problems
After finally getting through all sorted :) happy with my treatment i recieve here :)
The paramedics that took me in on Monday night were fantastic, also the doctor and nurse (Carl) that seen me were so professional and managed to put my dislocated shoulder back in Whilst makeing me feel as comfortable as possible.
Although a very busy place, the staff are always courteous and helpful
Thank you to all the staff on ward 26 They were excellent caring and very professional in unprecedented circumstances Mark Marife Gary Jane Kim Laura Sister Fran Lee Zoe Joselyn Kelly They are a credit to the hospital and the NHS
How the wonderful staff manage to care for you and keep going on the food they serve in bowmens I don't know.
Overpriced frozen chips and a very greasy soggy battered fish
I couldn't have experienced better & more caring staff, than from the nurses on ward 18 at Arrowe Park Hospital, they are all really lovely, friendly & extremely hard working!! Yes there are extreme staff shortages, which sadly has a knock on effect to the patients, but it is NOT the front line doctors & nurses fault, who work on the wards & in departments, so don't blame them, go higher up to lay blames!! My doctor saved my life & the nurses, HCA's, OT's, Physio's & other doctors helped me to recover & i have nothing but high praise for them & my incredible gratitude!!!!!
I visited this hospital with a medical emergency and had an operation under general anaesthetic and spent a short time on a ward. The whole time i was there i was looked after really well and felt that all of the Doctors, nurses, specialists, reception staff, porters, everyone, were very professional and good, caring people. I had a genuine feeling of being in the hands of the best people you could possibly want to trust your health to. Thankyou ArroweParkHospital.
Thank you to all on ward 24 for you kindness to my dad john who has been in your care for three weeks .Hopefully coming home today. A very special thank you to Ann who has been a little ray of sunshine so caring and thoughtful well done all
was rushed to arrowe early in morning with acute glaucoma attack .. nearly blind in eye , staff at a+ e ..right on ball , moved to eye clinic I was being sick in great pain . ALL STAFF , moved swiftly , very professional , saw to all my needs , got my eye pressure down rapidly .. AND SAVED THE SIGHT IN MY LEFT EYE !!! OWE THEM A DEBT , I CANT REPAY !!! THANK YOU ALL AT A+E AND EYE DEPT !!!!!
Attended Arrow park hospital today at the a&e department and i have to say they were fantastic! Never have a experienced such in detail accurate treatment before. They were so thorough and had amazing bedside manor. Never have i given 5* to a NHS service before until today. Great job so greatful xx
If you have a child with a serious chronic health condition avoid this hospital at all costs. The staff are lovely and work hard no faulting that but their lack of knowledge on these conditions is obscene I should not have to educate doctors. Every time my daughter has been here she s had bad experiences at this point I wouldn t send any of my relatives here after what I have witnessed and been through. If you have an injury or a well known condition I m sure they will be helpful but if you have a serious chronic condition and need treatment ASAP your better off at home honestly.
My mum Iris Robinson has been a patient on Ward 19 since the 31 December, she has had excellent care, the nurses & all the other staff we have met have been absolutely lovely , kind and caring.
Don't go there with your kids you're not wanted better off going Liverpool!
Best hospital i couldnt thank enough for, travelled from wythenshawe to wirral as my nana was admitted with cancer, the staff on ward 36 were just amazing, couldnt thank them enough for keeping her comfy and safe in her final moments
