It's well run and clean. Ideal location for exploration of the city as well as utilising transport links.

NH Amsterdam hotel with excellent location. Everything is nearby and by hand tram or bicycle. The room very complete and bright. With Nespresso coffee machine and tea varieties. They could improve the maintenance and modernization of the rooms and common spaces that are already looking a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom recently remodeled and with excellent shower.

The hotel has a great location. The sleep and service experience is very reasonable

Poor service. All reception don t know what they re doing and can t answer question. Worst checking in service ever I had. They asked you to check by your self and see if any room. Not serving any water for ppls who took long flight and wait like a dumb.

We loved it here. I am a little late on posting this review as our visit was 7 months ago, but late than never. The hotel is so easy to get to. We travelled via bus from the station c. 4 tickets available from a ticket person at the bus stop B17. Great way to travel as you get to also get to site see. Hotel stop is directly outside 2 min walk. The front desk staff were amazing all male on our visit but honestly they all equally deserve the honour. You can also purchase various tickets at discount prices. The best bit was when they decorated our bedroom with balloons and champagne as I had told them we were visiting for my partners birthday. He was extremely happy with the pleasant gesture it started a birthday weekend away on a great foot. The hotel is amazing not too deep in the hustle greatly located to travel there and back on a 3 day Bus pass and take in a canal trip on the same ticket.

Terrible service. Deceiving photos very different from reality. Room is in tattered shape.

Very comfortable, comfortable room with good mattresses and linens. The people at the reception very friendly but nobody knows a word of Spanish. That was a difficulty. I recommend it anyway.

Good hotel but rather than double bed it has 2 beds that do not fit right. It mostly fails to check in only at 3pm. I also think they charge a lot for what they offer

Very good hotel, good service and very complete breakfast does not lack anything

The bathroom in my room was dated. The shower wall was rusted an had holes that let the water out when you use the shower. I notified the front desk ever day on my way out but nothing was done. One night I said the least you could do is provide xtra towels to suck up the water that ran into the floor. On that evening there were no towels for the floor, for safety we laid down towels before using the shower. They even missed my wake up call on my last day. I was furious but being late did not give time to place my last complain about my stay at this beautiful hotel with an awesome location that does not cater to customers and risked the safety of two clients.

The hotel NH Amsterdam Center is a safe choice. The location right by Leidseplain where there is a good selection of restaurants. The tram runs past the hotel and it is not far to walk to the shopping areas.

Pulls 1 star because the drain in the bathroom was clogged, plus there were overt drug sales right outside the hotel. It should be easy to remove these young people.
