This is my go to shop for my volvo. Ask for Emi Cruz, he is the best. Always pays attention to details and great customer service, bilingual and always helpful.

One of the best service I ve had with Volvo dealerships. Make sure you ask for Emi Cruz or German Lopez as service advisor and you will be well taken care of! I ve been bringing my trucks to them for the past 5 years, nice and helpful guys!

So I've been coming here for a while, bought my truck here and get most repairs done here. EMI has always been the one service tech I deal with the most. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. This is why I'll always get my work done here.

I came for service for a repair I had troubles with transmission for a while, I have been to 4 different Volvo location and didn t get the help I needed. Then I stoped at nextran in Orlando and the team in the service department was amazing I want to give a special shout out to Emi Cruz, Marcos, Luciano, German Lopez, and David Rios for the great service they had gave me. This is probably the best experience I ever had at a Volvo dealership help me out tremendously. This will be my go to dealership for any repairs.

Very small shop for the amount of trucks that they take in. Usually you have to wait days if not weeks just to get normal service done on your truck. We brought a truck in on Monday and they told us that it was not going to be even touched until the next Wednesday when they were able to put a computer in it. Yes they get priority to over the road trucks like they should but local trucks will take forever even just to do a PM maintenance.

Great Service, perfect communication , reasonable price , fear and correct diagnostic and people !!! HQ of Volvo North America, spouse do some specials for the dealer like this guys, because, some of the Volvo truck dealers in USA, like the dealer in Denver,CO, working hard on up-side .... Against Volvo North America.

This is the location where I started when it was Orlando Mack as a diesel mechanic. Fun times, great mechanics and front office staff. Many loyal customers who I was delighted to make satisfied by making repairs right the first time. Service Manager was keen on that too.
