I always have a good experience at this location. Dr. Mable is amazing, knowledgeable and efficient with women's health. I recommend having an 8am appointment and then you are in and out in 45 mins.

They are pretty slow because the front desk staff makes minimum wages and the HR director makes as much as a surgeon. This is not a non-profit clinic that cares about its patients.

Mary Center is the worst. My father has been out of his insulin. The pharmacist and my sisters have reached out to Mary Center several times, 9 times to be exact trying to get a prescription for my father's insulin. We were unsuccessful. We couldn't speak with a triage nurse and the central scheduling office informed us that they cannot give us the triage nurse or his primary care provider number. We were told they would send messages to the nurse and doctor. This has been going for 6 weeks. We still have not received any prescription for his insulin.

My 11 month old daughter is sick. Based on the advise of her pediatrician who is on leave, I brought on her to the clinic to be seen by the doctor on duty. As we walked in, my daughter was literally vomiting in the clinic, and they said they didn t have any appointments left and suggested that I take my daughter to urgent care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The scheduling process with this place was so completely chaotic that I ended up canceling my first appointment when no one had contacted me a half hour into when the appointment was already supposed to have started. When I called initially, I was hung up on twice before I was scheduled for the earliest appointment a month later, which I understood would be in person. Yesterday, I was called and told my appointment would be by phone, or that it could be over video if I wanted. As a first-time OBGYN patient, I said I would prefer video to be able to interact more directly with my doctor. They said they would send me a link by text message to the video platform. Then this morning I was called by another person who had no record of that request and said I would get a phone call, then changed that upon my further request. 10 minutes had passed since the time my appointment was supposed to start and I had still received no information, so I called to see what was going on. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes (30 minutes into when my appointment was supposed to start) and talking to two separate people, I was told there is actually a two hour window for appointments that I was supposed to have been told about previously. At this point, I cancelled both this appointment and the follow-up I had scheduled and am very annoyed to have taken off work for this thoroughly chaotic and disappointing process without even having seen a doctor.

My experience at this location has been anything but pleasant. From the moment I arrived I was met with prejudice. The service was sub par but the results for a Covid test that was mandated by my child s school is why I m here. The lack of follow up and concern regarding this service is poor. I got sky believe some serious changes need to be made to diversify this center.
