They don't answer question when applying for a job.

Worst company I have dealt with by far ,Heidi the hr manager does not answer the phone and avoids applicants,hires the least qualified based on favoratism ,will be reporting this company for breaching eeoc guidelines

I will start by saying, the company of LSI seems to function smoothly, the board of directors and the HR team really seem to want to keep everyone in the loop as much as possible and seems to want to keep everyone happy. HOWEVER, we all know that doesn t necessarily mean they can keep eyes on every little thing.

The problem with LSI lies with the management in the manufacturing and production hangars, specifically the Apache management. It seemed to me that that managers didn t actually have any personnel or project management experience. They try to overwork you, and talk to their employees like peasants. I was actually told that I have great potential for promotion, BUT the only way I was going to move up was if I worked overtime. They don t promote off of actual knowledge of your job. They promote off of who they can take advantage of the most. It also seems like to move up in manufacturing and production, you have to be apart of the clique. There is no shortage of favoritism in the company.

The company has no actual skills requirement so most of the people there have absolutely no clue what they re doing, so you re constantly stuck going behind them to correct mistakes. Then when you bring these issues to managements attention, it goes in one here and out the other because they are too afraid to correct someone s actions.

When I first accepted the position with LSI, I was excited and hopeful, with intentions of staying as long as I could. However, the work environment is just awful. Hopefully the higher ups begin to see that the main cause of turnover in manufacturing and production is due to poor management.

Came down from ohio to a job I love to do. Asked for help & Nothing! Complete lack of organization! Worst behaviors in a "professional" environment. Thru Trimech.... really! When can be hired directly! Pray no one goes thru what I've been thru. No matter the pay! I'm homeless a avoiding unsafe places. I am dam good at my job!

Worked here 11+ years! Loved it! Great supervisor! Managers! Wonderful place!
Contract expired, or I would still be there! People I worked with are great!
