Jared took care of my issue quickly and I was extremely satisfied with the results!!

Any and all issues have been handled in a timely and professional manner. And when I needed assistance with benefits, our rep took every single bit of stress off of me and guided me through the process. Without her patience and knowledge, it would have taken me hours to muddle through the process. With her expertise and help, it took ten minutes! Kudos to the entire staff and extra kudos to Ellen F!!! If your company wants to alleviate the stress of payroll and HR, I highly, highly recommend Nextep.

Nextep will go out of their way and say anything to get your signature on that doted line, and even the owner / CEO of the company calls you to butter you up, but as soon as you signed the contract, be aware. Delays after delays, mistakes after mistakes. They had over 2.5 months to get ready for my first payroll, and nothing was done and it was extremely stressful to do the set up on the day of the payroll. To this date the employees' calendar for vacation and sick days are not set up because by the time, it's up to date, weeks has past and we have to resubmit the updated info so this never got done so we gave up on it. All the little small details they promised they can do, but now they can't do it. Today the file employment tax under their tax ID after we told them in writing numerous times that we want it under our company's name and tax ID. Then they try to tell us what's best for my company. They never listen to their clients and do whatever is best for them financially and nothing else matters to them. Nextep pushes you to use their "services" but the only person who benefits from their services is them by making money, not you. We have asked to speak with the CEO, Brian Fayak (who was readily available before we signed the contract) for over a week now but we haven't hear from him.

I regret signing a contract with them and it's been a very difficult 3 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent website and customer care for questions. They respond and work with you on what you needed answered.

Excellent personnel. Always available to answer any questions with courteous and friendly people. They truly are working for your company! So glad we have them as our outsourced HR company for benefits and payroll. One stop shop!

Great company. Their customer service is the best. If we ever have a question or need help with anything we can chat, call or email and we get a reply back almost instantly. Great company.

They are pretty good except when it comes to printing out your W2. You have to print 4 pages in order to get the information to your tax professional. Such a waste. I spent way to much time trying to find a way to print it using 1 sheet of paper and finally gave up and just printed out 4 pages. They have a good customer service oriented staff. Friendly culture every time I call in. I'm sure they care about such things as wasting paper because whenever I print out my pay stub it is one sheet of paper. They should change the name also. "Nextep" come on, everyone will spell it wrong when they Google it and there has got to be a better name than that? But the culture is what's most important to me so I will deal with the quirky stuff.
