Women at the register wasnt too friendly. She seemed rude to me. Food is good, service was good.

I hope to visit there again as much as possible. They had some interesting drinks. I think I'd like to hit the bar the next time try out some of their concoctions during the evening without children

Salads are amazing . Not just a pizza place. Great selection of liquors and a varied menu. Service is great. An experience not just a meal.

Delicious food and great service. The only problem is when you go during the busy times is the noise volume in the room.

Busy 7 days a week. Shoulder to shoulder. Pizza good, chili good, chowder good. Everything else meh.

I can't believe they sell pizza here. It was comparable to a two-topping with cheese, on cardboard. The worst part about it was the sauce. Completely flavorless. They're not even trying. Complete let down. I would of been better off with a frozen pizza at home instead.

Twice in the last 3 months I ve called to make an order for pick up and sat on hold for 5 minutes only to be hung up on and not able to get through when I call back. (both times the phone wasn t muted and I could hear employees talking and could actually hear them hanging up) I ve never been too impressed with their food or service. Upper Crust in Pell lake has better pizza and a better atmosphere. Only a short drive away.

Love the pizza and the bartenders, who are ALWAYS there, are better than bartenders here in Chicago. More attentive and engaging.

Huge menu. Something for everyone. Best pizza in the area. Variety of beers on tap as well.

Amazing food, amazing service. Just all around a great experience. My order had gotten messed up during the hustle and bustle of their busy routine and the shipped out the correct replacement lickety split!!!

This was my first time eating here. We arrived shortly after they opened for lunch at 11 am on a Wednesday. The dining room area filled up very quickly as the time approached noontime.
They have an extensive menu. Soup, salads, sandwiches, and various entrees. They also had many alcohol drinks to choose from, as well as a separate bar area.I selected their Italian beef sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich was piled high with delicious beef, with a side of Au jus, which was not salty at all. The onion rings had a light batter on them, without being over greasy.
I tried their from scratch carrot cake, which was good, but quite sweet and rich. Glad we split the cake; it would have been too much for one person. The restaurant is very clean, with good service. Their prices are very reasonable, and have daily lunch and dinner specials throughout the week. This will be my go to restaurant when I am in the Lake Geneva area again.

Greeted by hostess in her 40s "hey, HI...HOW MANY?" She was pretty rude. Pizza bland, Lake perch not hand breaded. We wanted to love it, we didn't and it's a bummer. Appetizers came out quick though.

Food and service was good, the Tuesday night taco special was very good, beef or fish.

The wait was pretty long but fortunately the food was good. The toppings liked to slide off of the pizza, but it was otherwise tasty.

This place has really good pizza im very happy with the food and how polite everybody was. drinks were always full and server was back and forth to get us whatever we needed! I would recommend to anyone this is a GREAT place!

Dining area a little dumpy but we ate in the bar area which had a fun atmosphere. Wings were really good, the Crustacean Creation was to die for my wife says, service was fast and friendly. We'll be back very soon no doubt.

Stopped on the way to alpine valley for a show. Food was excellent and service was good for being busy. Would stop again and try other menu items next time I'm that way.

We spend a nice time. The bartender was so fast and run the bar so professional. Affordable prices. Next time I want to try the food in the restaurant area.

The pizza is fantastic, crisp crust, lots of cheese! Cheesy garlic bread - yum!
Great service - friendly, polite, they keep your soda glass full.
Oh, and did I mention dessert??? To die for cake at a phenomenally reasonable price. Try the lemon cake - I would seriously consider driving two hours to come here just for the lemon cake! Lemon not your thing? My husband tried the carrot cake - oh yeah - he'll make the drive with me!!!

Everybody loves their pizza. Loved how easy it was to order a gift card online.

It was ok. I had eggplant Parmesan and thought it was very tasty. My husband had the ribs and did not like them at all. I picked this place because of the reviews, friendly staff, good food etc. We did not find the staff very friendly at all. The greeter was nice but then our waitress acted like she couldn't care less. Maybe she was having a bad day. Who knows....it was our first time there(in town for business). We will try a different place next time. I will say it was pretty inexpensive and you get A LOT of food for the money.

I always felt that you have the best of everything, but last night we had the whole family there and ordered pizza. The topping was great but the crust was tough. After I reheated my left over it got crisp the way it should have been. I believe they were so busy, that they didn't cook it long enough the first time.
All your food as always been great and priced well. I was disappointed with our order for the first time.

I've been ordering Wings from here for the last 5 years the 2 past orders have been horrible. Extremely dry and they no longer have the same taste. The bourbon molasses is applied very thin....coming up short of what they use to be. I gave it one more shot and it was below average and not even close to the wings in the past. Also I have been told once they could not deliver wings once as well....only Pizza. They need to get it together. I can understand being busy but when you say you're only taking orders for pizza you just failed at your whole business. Down hill you have gone.

What a couple of pizzas. We had this place recommended to us so we picked some up when we got into town and they were great. Definitely a lot of pizza. We got the Wisconsin Mac n Cheese and the Maui Wowie along with 2 side salads (great price) and definitely enjoyed it!

Love this place! So busy all the time. Wish is was bigger then what it is. Just no room. Hopefully they make it larger some day!? Love their pizza.

I would give this place a zero if possible. They don't take reservations so my brother and sister-in-law went there an hour early to get our names in and make sure we could get a table as we had plans later in the evening and are from out of town. When we were 10 min. away we let them know to get the table. They were seated and harassed by the hostess more than once about our arrival time. Within in minutes, they were asked to leave the table because they didn't want to deal with screaming kids in the waiting area. Never got to try the food, but if that is how you treat your customers, than I have NO desire to give it another shot. Train your staff to be polite and don't seat people if it is your policy to have the entire party there. Very disappointing.

This place was very accommodating of us bringing in a party of 14 on a Sunday afternoon. Not an easy thing to do. The food was also excellent. I had a burger called "The Heater!!" Which was comprised of a lot of spicy ingredients, but came together to be very flavorful. I also got to play a trivia game at the table and teach my kids who's boss. It was a good time. Would go again

I don't know what all the hype is about. We were on vacation in Lake Geneva and everyone ranted and raved about this place. Parking lot was hell, absolutely zero available spots, insane wait times, VERY expensive and all that for just average pizza. Not bad, not good, just average. I think 3 stars is more than fair.

Always excellent. There are reasons people are willing to wait an hour for a table.

Went there last night with a party of 10 and had a wait of 40 minutes; which was understandable due to the time we were there. When it was time to seat us they let us know that since we had an infant ( 1 month old with us) that we could not be seated as that makes us 11 and not 10. I honestly don't know since when infants counted in your party's count. The hostess was very rude and non-apologetic stating that it is a fire hazard to have an extra seat in the area they had for us. We understood and stated that we would have the baby in hand therefore no additional seating would be necessary and she still refused. There was no comprise on there part as to getting another area ready; we were simply told that they would not serve us. Instead of causing a scene we left and shame on them. Very disappointed with this establishment.
