I have been working with Eric Koppman with Next Ad going on 3 years now. The service we receive is exceptional!! I highly recommend Next Ad and Eric- very personable!

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Professional, organized, and good and what they do. I am a three year client, I ve referred them business to then and will continue to do so.

We first partnered with NEXT! Ad Agency in September of 2015, with the intent to boost our SEO rankings, help clean up our search results and improve our overall online profiles.

During our time with NEXT, communication was minimal, we rarely received direct answers to our questions, and were left unsatisfied with the work that was done on our behalf. When we pressed for answers, we were finally given the response of "we failed" but were given no further direction on how to remedy these failures. We were also told "you did not pay for a result, you paid for a proven strategy that we expect to lead to results". This "proven strategy" has failed us.

We were offered a free extension on our contract, and during this time are not aware of any work done on our behalf. No communication was initiated by our NEXT representative, and we only received a response to our inquiries after going to a supervisor.

Throughout our time with NEXT we received marginal updates to our online presence, but many issues remain unsolved; some of which were created by NEXT. We have received a list of remaining issues with our profiles and have been set loose to deal with these on our own.

From the poor communication, empty promises on work that could be done on our behalf, and a seemingly apathetic attitude towards helping resolve our problems, we cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone looking for SEO help.

It's been an awesome experience having access to NEXT! Ad Agency's background and experience with social media. I am continually getting more new patients from my listings as my ratings improve. Several patients have complimented the mobile app for my website and how easy it is to use and how nice it looks.
