OK product. Just hope you don't need customer service for any reason. The worst ever!
I realized that the product they shipped me was an incorrect color (mix incorrectly by them) after completely installing. Never got so much as any sort of apology. In fact, they acted as if I was bothering them. I asked, since I had wasted hours already installing and now had to do it all again because of their mistake, that they please rush and overnight the replacement product for me. This is the point they stopped responding to me..... I asked for tracking multiple times with no response at all. Finally got the replacement 10 days later... Next time I'll find another place to buy my concrete stain.

Worst custom service I have ever had from a company. Not one time in all my life have I called a company worried that there product failed or something and tried to get to the bottom of it only to be told it s my fault I didn t prep, clean, mix, spread thick enough etc. every single thing that they could come up with to just say I was wrong. I will never ever ever use new Look stain again on any of my projects large small etc.
