Worst custom service I have ever had from a compan...

Worst custom service I have ever had from a company. Not one time in all my life have I called a company worried that there product failed or something and tried to get to the bottom of it only to be told it s my fault I didn t prep, clean, mix, spread thick enough etc. every single thing that they could come up with to just say I was wrong. I will never ever ever use new Look stain again on any of my projects large small etc.

Bunch of sales reps that just want to shove material down your throat!
