Good website, great prices. New trunks for summer hols so obviously not worn yet, but are excellent colour and style and seem just the job. Bought the same size as we have had in the past (4 inches bigger than trouser waist, but comfortable with these additional inches without losing any style or fit)

I ordered a Nike dri fit academy top on Friday and my order was upgraded free of charge to ensure it would be with me on Saturday.

The service that I received from Hewitts was great, the service that I received from Hewitts courier company was diabolical.
The parcel wasn t even delivered to my house it was taken to a house 5 doors away as he couldn t be bothered to park outside my house. The courier then didn t even bother to leave me a calling card to tell me where my parcel was!!! Then checked the website to try and find out where it was and it told me that I had signed for it, even though I was at work!!!
Couldn t get hold of anyone at the courier company as the parcel number that was given wouldn t work on their telephone system!! I contacted Hewitts and they spoke to the courier company and they were supposed to be coming back to sort it out, spoke to my husband and said he was going to get the parcel from the other house, but never came back!!
I had to chase around to find my parcel, so really disappointed and it will prevent me using Hewitts again as I do not want to have the same issues with the courier, which is disappointing as I work for a school so will need to replace kit etc in the near future!

I find ordering online a bit of a lottery. I ordered a pair of Nike running gloves. Fast, efficient service and delivered an authentic product.
The same day I ordered gloves of similar description and price from other well known online stores, both were definitely counterfeit. The product I received from Newitts was the quality product.
This was my first order from Newitts, it won't be my last. It's reassuring to know, at a time when shops are in lockdown there are still reputable businesses out there we can trust. Thankyou

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery arrangements were changed with ease with the courier (through a confirmation with Newitts) once when I was unable to be in for the delivery. We have had both products before from other suppliers but this was a much better deal and there was a big choice of colours available. Thank you. I would definitely use Newitts again.

I received notifications through the whole purchase process and the package was delivered according to all instructions. The swimsuit fits true to size, is very stylish. It also feels comfortable to wear and swim in it. Though it's not lined in the bust area, the material is a bit thicker than usual which helps me feel more confident when swimming in colder water/weather.

Very efficient service of buying goods personally from Claxton Hall. Using the computer screens in the foyer presented no problem. It was a little impersonal though but that was a small price to pay for getting quality goods at a competitive price.

Very disappointed with the customer service I have received.

I ordered a piece of equipment from Newitts prior to Christmas.

The shipping company contracted by Newitts very rude and unhelpful.

The Item I delivered was left with a Lage Pallett that I have no means of disposing of as my gym is situated in the center of the town.

I contacted Newitts to ask for help in regard to this however they stated that Mr. Newitt said this could not be collected by them and the courier would charge for collecting the pallet and therefore this issue was now dealt with.

I was not advised prior to my order that this big pallet would be left at my work premises and am not happy with how I have been brushed off.

Although I understand that Newitts do not want to incur the cost of the removal they have now left me with no option but paying for someone to collect this myself, after this experience, I would not order from this company again!

2 new Zilander indoor football's arrived within 2 days. Used one of them for the first time yesterday and it's a great ball. Time will tell how hard wearing it is. Far cheaper than the Mitrre Cyclone, which have shot up in price, and they don't last long.

The wife ordered 2 sleigh's in the hope of snow which didn't arrive but to be honest, the sleigh's were so cheap that it was worth it either way. Delivery was fast and the sleigh's in great condition. Will use again at some point

Thoroughly recommend this company. I buy a lot of sports equipment and have been let down by companies listing goods they don t have in stock and generally poor service. I ve never had any such issues with Newitts and everything I have ordered has been delivered very quickly and has been of very good quality.

First parcel 'lost'. Customer service took 4 days to reply to enquiry. Second parcel arrived and are the wrong size. Faff to return anything as you have to have return authorised. Phone lines to busy, long wait. Disappointed, won't use again.
