Pizza is pretty good. Being born in Brooklyn I can say its on point. Needs a little more thickness in its bosy as its pretty thin but crust is perfect. The subs calzones and salads are all amazing. House italian wow! Happy to have a good spot around here.

Great pizza, place too small has very few tables- had to wait long for a table to clear and sit with family. Better to take out.
Portions are generous and staff is friendly. If you like eggplant, then you have to try theirs, it is amazing. Sauce has good flavor and is not sweet. Greek salad is really good too.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service, would not deliver to our address or take the time to locate our home. The person who answered the phone asked what neighborhood we lived in, when I said we are not in a neighborhood we live on 5 acres but are adjacent to WGV (literally 8 minutes from their pizza place) the answer was we do not deliver to any areas with properties that large. Lazy, poor customer service.
This pizza place is my go to because it s so close to my house. I ve ordered it numerous times and it has never disappointed me. The price isn t too bad for the quality of pizza and they are very large slices. Their menu has tons of different option and everything I ve tried is always delicious. The pizza itself has tons of flavor and a thinner crust. Would say it is very accurate to being a NY pizza, has a good amount of cheese without being soggy. Very happy with this pizza place and would also say they have amazing garlic rolls that are huge. Would suggest for a quick easy dinner for the family.

The best pizza I have ever had in St. Augustine by far. I've spent a lot of time in NY and I love authentic NY style pizza - you know, hot, thin crust, delicious. I think I ate about half a large pizza (I'm hitting the treadmill later).
They have other stuff which looks pretty good (sandwiches, salads), but I mainly stuck with the pizza and beer. I also recommend the garlic knots, though I probably went a little overboard by starting with garlic knots then following it with pizza - LOL!

in the beginning it was good food but lately they have gotten lazy and sloppy also not paying attention to detail when customers ask for certain request pitiful when you ask for fries with no salt and it's loaded with it and adding old with new fries together just gross
Used to be my fav for a few slices or a couple of sandwiches to go. No more. Today I stopped in after a long morning of errands, placed my order, and asked to use the restroom... and was informed that the restrooms are closed to the public. Hey dimwits - I was a paying customer! Not a bum off the street! Cancelled my order, turned on my heel and walked out. Obviously they don't need my business!
Great food my crew was out on job we forgot to ask for plates but the guy over the phone was on top of his game he had to of heard me say I had to to look up the address cause when the delivery guy got here we had cups napkins and plates and the delivery guy wonderful this is a truely genuine New York qaulity service pizza place!

I called on Tuesday to ask if they deliver to Nocatee? And the reply was 'yes'(no mention of restrictions) 'but not today due to an accident slowing traffic on Phillips Hwy'. I thanked her and said I would call on Sunday. We planned our Sunday around this pizza. I called today and was told they do NOT deliver here in Willowcove. I cannot be MORE dissappointed!!!! They should be specific on facebook, webpage or over the phone!!!!
Although this place is in Palencia it is the best pizza and Italian food as far as fast Italian food places go in St Augustine.
Alright little Pizza place. Would order from again every so often. Also I should note they said olive oil was used in their Pizza but not all of their sandwiches.

I would have gave it more Stars but "cashier 1" (I did not get her name) was so rude with us. The pizza is mediocre. Never had New York style pizza before did not know what to expect. Will not be back.
The service was excellent, the food was hot and we only waited ten to fifteen minutes for pizza! wings were awesome, beer was cold. Very nice atmosphere and it wasn't crazy busy . Pizzeria was new York style!
Great pizza joint. Excellent lunch specials. I think they need additional staff because they get super swamped then. Some of the waitresses don't seem thrilled to be working there while others are great. I still recommend it!

Pretty good food, but wanted a lot longer to be served than I would've liked especially considering the small crowd! Also you really have to know where this place because the main light is not lit from the outside, hard to see at night.

We were told the pizza would be delivered within 35-45 minutes. An hour later, I called to check in and was put on hold for almost 5 minutes. I hung up and called back, he asked me if I could hold and I told him I was checking in on our pizza order.
The guy who answered matter-of-factly said that the delivery guy was there ready to deliver it, but that he was waiting for it to finish cooking. He didn t acknowledge at all that it was late nor offered an apology for the inconvenience. I pointed out that they were already late and he said they d take it as soon as it was done.
About 45 minutes after that, I called to check back in and he said that the delivery guy had just left. I expressed that this was really late and again, no apology and no offer to try to make up for things..
By the time the delivery driver arrived, it was 2 hours after our original order. I was expecting some kind of coupon or gift card for a free next pizza, but nothing like that.
Delivery guy was very nice and I felt bad for him in the awkwardness, but I gave him a tip and asked him to share with the powers-that-be that we won t be ordering from there again.
*Some kind of acknowledgement and apology during the waiting process would have been helpful
*Offering a coupon for a next pizza or something like that would have helped for us to try them again

No consistency to their quality. One time you may have something awesome and the next time you order it is overcooked, poorly prepared or poor quality ingredients. Today was the last time I order from New York Pizza.
This is a little strip mall pizza joint off the main road and serves the local neighborhood. What a joy to find! The basic cheese pizza is just delicious, even the next day! The drink specials are great and the place itself, while small is cozy and friendly. This is now a regular weekly spot for us.
Food was pretty darn good. I would give a 5 star review however it was the service that killed it for me. I can relate to you wanting to be home early on a Saturday, but if you're open for business you suck it up and smile and be friendly. I don't know the name of our server but I hope you eventually understand bad service is not what affects lack of tips because I will tip 20% but it is the attitude. Don't scowl when customers walk in the door, don't snatch from the table and don't slam down the food it will not get you anywhere. Trust me. I'm on vacation from working 13 hour shifts at a restaurant.

Best New York pizza in the bay! The margherita is the best pizza they have! I'm usually a combination kind of guy, but the margherita tastes just as good as a pizza with all the fixins.

Used to be really good. Last 2 times we received burnt food and told it was my fault because I did not order right by the owner. Told if I didn't want my food burnt then to order it cooked light. Well then I received raw food. DONE!!!
Great food love this place. Only thing is they have raised their prices. I get it but maybe they'd get more business if they didn't raise menu prices online menu is now not the correct prices... Its a hard times with covid 19. keep prices same... And I could have order more than just once but sadly during this time I will not be able to afford too... In these hard times I did tip 20% still not drivers fault but now I wont be. Able order to even tip the drivers..
