The worst company I ve ever rented from. Ghetto and noisy buildings with extremely unhelpful staff. Glass in the parking lot of the building I live in and the units walls are paper thin. Very poorly insulated and overpriced properties

I have been dealing with trying to get my holding deposit of $200 + $9.95 processing fee and another $57.25 credit and background check fee back from this company since February. The first person I was working with their Frank Parks is no longer with the company but when he was with the company he didn't handle my file properly and he stated I would get my money back with in 10 business days then when that didn't happen I reach out to him numerous times via email. Then Bria responded to one of my emails informing me that she will be handling my refund and asked if I would give her some time to fix the mess she inherited from Frank. That has been over a month ago. I have also sent Bria several emails and yes I showed that I was upset in my emails regarding how unprofessional this company is and she responded that she has 21 days by law to refund me. I informed her that rather its 10 days or 21 days they still are past the due date to refund me this started February 18th 2021 its now May 17th 2021 and I still have no been refunded from New Standard or South Bay Leasing which is the company that I was applying for. South Bay Leasing is up under the New Standard umbrella both are unprofessional if I could give them no stars I would because 1 star is far too good for them.
