Great company to work with. Sales team has been very responsive and great prices on food grade ethanol. We also have one of their vacuum ovens and it works great at a very fair price
Very bad quality products, customer service is just junk they don t stand by their products or respect their warranty, Bought a kit and in under a few months started seeing a drip of oil from fan housing on air pump motor and then not soon after the digital display starts to go on digital heat pad! I have followed all directions from them as far as care and use of products and this is what I ended up with used a hand full of times stored properly and they don t last so just go ahead buy the cheaper brand because it s all the same just a different name!
Responding to your response (BVV) I have contacted your customer service they told me to send you the pump then and I did now your company fighting me tooth and nail. Come to the point that your company hasn t returned any calls or contacted me in 3 days so I have had to get in to my credit card company to help me. So what is it that your customer service is going to do??? Or I should ask what are they supposed to do for me? As your company has been no help at all to me!

Update been 2 weeks now being ignored and BVV has the pump ( I have to go and purchase a pump and chamber elsewhere now as I don t have one to use)

Adam at BVV is the best! These guys are hands down best prices and largest selection for all your extracting needs. I shop a lot of different sites, but I always end up going back to bvv for quality products and the fact that they have PSI ratings on most their products is the main reason I trust them. So many other shops don t tell you what the psi rating is and if you care about yourself and your employees safety you need to know that info!!
