The team at the Small Business Centre are personable, dedicated and helpful. I've watched them help coach many respected local businesses. Many of whose founders have gone on to establish themselves as community leaders... and attribute success in part to the advice they received at SBC.

They are very helpful and friendly people. They are very sincere and honest in their advice.

The Small Business Centre has been a valuable resource for me. I sold my restaurants of 20 years. I wanted to do something else and the information from SBC has helped me not only make better business decisions, they Guided me to purchasing a new business which required lending. I think anyone thinking about starting or purchasing a business should contact SBC to help them get started and refresh what they think they already know. "You don't know what you don't know"!

Anyone thinking of starting a small business in the London area should really considering getting in touch with the London Small Business Centre. They have a wealth of useful information and smart people who can help you with anything from accounting, legal, HR advice to starting a business and developing a strategy and business plan to support it.

Whats more, most of the training is at extremely advantageous rates e.g. $30 + HST, and in fact some are free (HST/GST training delivered by CRA representatives).

The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is also a great way to meet and get to know other small business owners who are starting out too.

I highly recommend London Small Business Centre.

The small business center has been so helpful. The staff can answer any questions I've had as well as pointers to keep me proactive. Their ongoing resources are affordable and great for staying ahead of the curve.

I was so thrilled to discover these centres. I work with small to medium size businesses on a daily basis and had no idea these centres existed or what they offered. They are a terrific resource to which I will be referring many clients.

So many services at the London Business Center. Best part is...its free. You can sign up for free seminars throughout the year. Best service ever. You can pick and choose which seminars are for you. Sign up is mandatory to secure your spot.

Good learned some innovative ideas for our business!

seems like there's nothing available for someone like me to start a business. guess i need to be an immigrant or a child.

Very helpful place to get workshops, employment assistance, they can get you a suit if you don't have one also.

I went to a seminar on new start-ups with John and it was very educational. There are lots of resources available and everyone is very friendly. I look forward to their Networking events. I just wish they happened more often!

Not very helpful. Disappointed in the way I was spoken to on the phone as a small business owner. I will not recommend this place to any one. Sad Shame.John was not very helpful with me as if he didn't care to help me.

A very knowledgeable, professional and supportive free service. I would highly recommend any entrepreneur just starting out to reach out to them for their seminars or a one-on-one meeting. They are so supportive and understand the needs of many industries. Just meeting with them will allow you to save so much time later! I would recommend this service to anyone in the London area when they are ready to start their business or already involved in a business.

I have taken many seminars from them, and most of them really improved my knowledge on the topic, and it was a good balance of law, practical examples and information, answering participant questions, with just enough humor to make it interesting. I highly recommend talking with them for anyone involved in starting or running a small business.

The resources in the main office are great, but this place really shines in the one-on-one consultations! It was great to be able to talk to a person ( we spoke with John, who was very patient and helpful) about all of our concerns, and get some useful information that is specific to our circumstance. Great place for people starting a new business! Very professional, responsive, and supportive staff.

I strongly recommend the London Small Business Centre for anyone starting a small business. I did not come from any business background and would have been lost without their information, programs, seminars, and support. They are nonjudgemental and teach you the fundamentals so you don't start off on the wrong foot then have to back track. Special shout out to Phil Singeris to gave me a lot of his time to help launch and grow my business.

This presentation was very valuable to me and very timely as well. Lise was easy to follow and clear in how she presented the webinar. I learned a lot and a wake-up call on how many things I need to be aware off. She responded to all the questions she could within the time limit. Helped me start my own art business, for which I am very grateful. But pressured me into leasing office space, which was not the right move at that time. So, looking back I have mixed feelings.

Went for a free course for new businesses mostly for restaurants, etc. The seminar was great, it was nice to meet personally and get information from a city hall, fire department as well as the health department.

The Small Business Centre is an exceptional resource for people new to starting their own business, or for continuing advice for entrepreneurs on their next venture.
