This is the flagship store of the Boston based New Balance. They ve got all of the latest items on the shelves and not one of them is going to be on a sale unfortunately. You have the Made in USA 990v4s the fresh foam 1080 v9, name it and they ll have it. Plus the customer service assistants are very polite and professional. It s worth seeing the science behind the shoes which they ve showcased using touchscreen devices.
NB leadership supports Donald Trump. I've bought NB for many years and this is the last time I ever buy NB. The Obama administration turned a deaf ear to us and frankly, with President-elect Trump, we feel things are going to move in the right direction, Matthew LeBretton, New Balance s vice president of public affairs.

This is a great office building in a part of town that's getting a cool facelift. The deign is something to behold and the NB store at the base of the building is pretty stoked with all the new items.
This is the store at NB headquarters. Disappointingly Limited stock aimed more at fashion than utility. Not my thing. Ended up walking to the outlet store down the street instead.

I went into the store because the reps at the Factory store hyped it up only to get there and get racial profiled by one of the reps. He was following me all around the store as if I came to steal something. This is my first and last I will ever go there. It s sad that this type of behavior is still happening... it s not a crime to look different or dress different. And this was supposed to be a flagship shop... maybe for a certain race only.
NEVER IN STOCK. -- I have been tortured for decades by these people. It's always a wild goose-chase trying to find anything in my size of style. I have a headache from smelling the formaldehyde of 200 shoe stores looking for anything close. These people are frauds and their shoes are fake.

Finally got into this store, which is located right next to the factory New Balance! Very helpful and pleasant staff! Prices and new model range can be found on their website. I also took a picture of all the news and put it on our website and in our group in the FB.

They have the best customer service! They know their products and they know how their products work with SMO braces. They have a cool computer to measure feet. They got sizes for my son while he wore his SMOs. They also helped order them online because they don't carry xw in store. They also gave a discount due to the price difference between toddler shoes and preschool shoes and not knowing which would fit. I'm a New Balance customer for life.
