It is the evening of Jan. 8th, 2017. There are storm warnings, flood warnings, power outages, so I go online to find out more, Nevada Energy would not give me the outage locations info. because the last 4 digits of my SS # on the bill was supposedly "incorrect!' Can you believe that? I can't find out where the outages are for family and friends because of a glitch in their ( **^in^ ) website. That makes me more angry than any of the many ridiculous website errors I have ever seen, and anyone who uses a computer knows what I mean. You people over there who designed that site are morons, seriously IQ's of 90 or under, you idiots who believe I should be required to tell you who I even AM, much less any other information about me to be informed about power outages in my area. EVEN IF I LIVED IN FLORIDA, I might need to know. What use does this digital, binary addition to everything have. Does it make things easier? NO. Then, I couldn't find the outage locations anywhere, I don't know if it was my actual rage that made it impossible for me to find it, or if Nv. Energy is turning things into what all the sci-fi movies scare us with. This power they have over us. It wouldn't be SO, SO bad, if the number I was using was incorrect, but it WASN'T. I haven't been this pissed off in a long, long time. Marian Bostwick = Long time paying customer.

If I could rate a minus -1 I would, what a terrible company to make a payment when you need it to, I m a 65 year old woman with a very painful sciatica leg , so today I have to drag myself to an office to make in person payment since my attempt to pay over the phone fail and I ve receive 48 hrs disconnection notice!!!!! I m in so much pain but I have to go find an office to pay!!!!! This is not the first time!!!!! Their paying over the phone service is THE WORST ! and it makes it sometimes impossible, what a way to run a business and it is because is the monopoly they have on electricity in Reno!!
