I have been using hosting facilities since the early 1990s and have often had excellent service however I have never had a better relationship with my servers' hosts than I do at Netwise.
After a thorough review of suitable Colos in London we had a shortlist of two and picked Netwise on little more than a feeling, best decision we have ever made.
Remote hands is handled quickly and efficiently by people who are happy to talk to you as they work and to try anything reasonable to help. Facilities at the facilities (sorry couldn't resist) are first rate, location is slightly awkward for me as I live in North West London but it is possible to get there without crossing the London ULEZ and tube access is very easy, 5 minute's walk from Bermondsey on the Jubilee line.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I like but if I find anyone I hate I have some alternative suggestion!
