My husband called at 9:00 last night to report a problem with our AC. Within minutes we had the name of a tech who was on his way. Paul arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and was on his way within 35 min. Our problem was solved, we were comfortable again and the customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend Mike and his staff.

The owner Mike Smith came to my home along with his employee Andrew to balance the temp and air flow in my new house. They were professional and courteous and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. If I had any other requests or questions they ask me to call. I would highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone. They were great!

The tech charged me for a leak search but could not find a leak. He wanted to fill the system, a 1 1/2 ton unit with less than 8 lbs of Freon that would cost $40, but they charge $506 to do this. He then would come back in two weeks and not charge me for a leak check but I would again have to pay $506 because it would have all leaked out again. I told him not to fill the system and they charged me $214($130 for leak check and $84 service call) even though he didn't find the leak. Another company came the next day and if not immediately, almost immediately found the leak(king valve). I told Four Seasons that they should at least reimburse me for the leak check if not the entire $214 as they did nothing. No response which is why I am writing this review. If they had done the right thing and reimbursed me I would have been fine, but they are still charging me for something I had to pay someone else to do.

I'm taking time to write this review because I hope I can help someone who is as frustrated as I am, dealing with contractors to help us at our house. So hard to find honest people who do good work. I started using Four Seasons in 2008. I did after having many frustrating experiences, not just with HVAC companies, but getting good contractors in general. I have been so amazed at 2 things. One, how honest their sales guy is, Eric Clapper. He never has tried to oversell us. There have been times, he has had to explain why something is going to cost us more than we needed. But, there have been many times, where they save us money from what we thought we would have to spend. Secondly, how many people we know, who get a quote from another company and then speak with Eric or Mike from Four Seasons. The other companies will under quote them, not mentioning things that will have to be done, which may be electrical work or something that is very costly. Sometimes, we hear how our friends go with the other companies, to later be told how there needs to be more work done at a higher cost than what they were quoted from Four Seasons. They get our friends, who just see the lower price, to later see our friends really mad and upset. Or, our friends realize that Eric is giving them an honest proposal and they go with Four Seasons from the beginning. It has been 9 years I have been using them and since about 2002 since my wife starting using them. So, for what it is worth, just know that what they propose will be valid and they will do great work and back up the work they do. I hope this helps those looking for honest folks in this business.

We had a short in our electrical to the heat pump. After the call, service was prompt (we were notified in advance who and when they would arrive by the office). They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We are very happy.

Trustworthy, competent, friendly, fair prices. Good customer service is rare these days. I was very impressed with the personal I called to schedule and the tech who came out was awesome. Very friendly and competent guy. He got straight to fixing the problem, no gimmicks and cheaper than I was expecting. I ll be using 4 Seasons in the future (hopefully not for a while though)

Great customer service. We had our heat go out right after New Years. Dylan, the on call tech, was out quickly, troubleshoot the issue, made a temporary fix and got the right parts on order. A few days later he was out with the right parts and got everything running better than before. Dylan is a great guy and we highly recommend Four Seasons for your HVAC repairs

I highly recommend 4 Seasons for anyone looking for heating & air service. We have been with them for several years and today reinforced why. Our heat went out around 8:00 this morning. We called 4 Seasons. Keith called back to let us know a technician (Dylan) was on the way and should be at our house within 20 minutes which he was. Dylan was very polite and professional. He fixed the problem and explained everything clearly. Thank you to 4 Seasons and technician Dylan!

Nobody likes hearing the news that they need a new heating/coolant unit installed, but this company truly made the process as painless as possible. Their customer service was top notch and every employee that I interacted with was extremely professional, responsive, and honestly just seemed like great people. I couldn't have asked for better and timely service. Yesterday, (25 Jul) I had an issue with one of my heat pumps, I called Four Seasons at 2:00 and my Heat Pump was repaired and running as it should around 6:30. Extremely responsive and professional. It doesn't get much better than that. They did a terrific job when they sold and installed my units several years ago. Extremely professional and prices were extremely competitive. Four Seasons Heating and Air installed a three-tiered system in our new home in May 2015. A blower in the AC system broke over the Christmas Holidays and they were professional and prompt in fixing the problem at no charge. The two Technicians, Brandon and Don, were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend Four-Seasons to any new home owner. Great service and they stand by their work.

It is so rare these days that you receive such outstanding customer service. I was so impressed with every element of their service from start to finish. They were transparent and reasonable with pricing up-front, friendly and attentive, quick to respond, and pleasant from start to finish. I was able to receive same-day service on a holiday weekend. I even missed a call to let the tech in (which frustrated ME, I can't even imagine how frustrating it was to the tech) and they had someone re-dispatched and at my home within 20 minutes, even under threat of inclement weather. Daniel was outstanding - knowledgable and so nice!! He expertly assessed and repaired my heat pump, and the cost was more than reasonable for the work performed. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone. Great company, great people!!

I was extremely pleased with our AC tech, Paul. We had a minor issue with our AC and Paul came out to diagnose and fix. Immediately upon arrival he was incredibly kind and straight to the point. He was extremely knowledgable and trustworthy, diagnosed and fixed our AC no problem. I was very pleased with the price point for him to fix our unit as well. Everyone we talked to on the phone was super nice, great customer service. Thank you 4 Seasons for being a great trustworthy company.

Great customer service and technician. Arrived as scheduled. Explained to us our unit, as we are from the Notth and not familiar with the heat pump. Came back as promised with the correct sized filters.

I bought a home and this company replaced one if the units in the home just before I moved in and when it went out three months after the fact, I called to have it repaired under warranty and Keith, the service representative denied them doing any work even after providing them with the invoice. They claimed the person that did the installation hasn't worked there for years, but the invoice is dated 8/19/2020. Don't use these guys, they don't stand by their work.

My AC units quit working and from the time I called until the technician was onsite was only 4 hours. The HVAC technician was super knowledgeable and fixed both of my AC units within an hour. Their customer service is incredible. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons Heating and Air!

I am renting a condo in the Pinehurst area and over the past few weeks I have had problems with the air conditioning. 4Seasons Air is the condo owner's choice and they are now mine. They have been here on three last minute call ocassions and even though they needed to order parts each time they left me with functioning air conditioning .including over a three day holiday Today when it stopped working, I called and had a technition there within 15 minutes. My air is back on and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend these people to everyone.

They were actually in the area when I called for an unexpected A/C shutdown. I've noticed my neighbors have started using them as well! They arrived quickly and had the A/C frosty cool again within an hour. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg...Well done 4 Seasons!

Kevin came by today and quickly addressed our A/C issue. He was detailed, thorough, and took the time to explain the problem to us. Best of all, at the end of the visit, our problem was corrected and the cost was $89. Other service issues we ve had in the past have been $250+. I m glad I Googled for another HVAC contractor and found this company.
