On 9th March 2020 what I assumed I was being assisted by HP to set up my printer was later discovered as Net Pros. They misrepresented themselves, promised 1 year service coverage, and computer assistance along with firewall protection at a cost of $150.00 US . All this was a scam with false telephone number. This is a company that should be shut down. I am making complaints with Canadian and US better business, Tampa Bay Police, and my Visa company.
HEWARD PACKARD should be taking action. Internet scams be aware NetPros is coning you out of money.

Netpros does its service in such a compassionate manner. The team-based there interact well with the customers and solve any issues . Highly recommend this for people.

Visited the portal Netpros.us recently. I was offered the best services. The customer support team could handle my queries easily .Also suggest the best ways to explore the field of digital marketing and other areas such as networking and software development

Poor English.. Poor customer service.. Careless with card input on computer.. Locked my credit card due to input of card number in wrong categories.. And in doing so i had other bills late

My computer will now not let me in with my password. Company not returning calls and I'm freaked out they are grabbing all my internal information. HELP!! I'm calling the police next.

This place is a scam. Don't give them your credit card. The phone number they provide for technical assistance has been disconnected. BEWARE!!!!!

Dont fall victim to these scammers please. I scambait and these people are a huge thing in the scamming community. (I call scammers and waste their time)
