The room condition was good except for a little old.
The staff was friendly too
I was glad that you actively responded quickly to requirements and complaints.
It was a room overlooking the sea, but the view was also good.

I have rated this hotel before (pls refer to my past reviews). But I did forget that the tennis court here is not operational as of October 2019. Also, when you check in, you may upgrade your room (with additional fees) & have an access to its restaurant on the 24th floor (i guess). It's where you can take breakfast instead of having breakfast at the ground floor where breakfast is normally served. Diamond hotel is famous for it's oversized "ensaymada" (a Filipino bread, it's round & coated with butter on top & with lots of grated cheese). It's really yummy

Just got back from a 3-day, 3-night stay for a conference and, truthfully, I have mixed emotions about it. The room was okay, nothing noteworthy that made it stand out. Venturing outside the halls, I discovered a spot where you can see a full view of Manila Bay, and it was breathtaking. So, it's definitely advisable to get a room with that view.

The buffet breakfast was delicious but didn't offer much variety. You could take two trips around the banquet and you've already sampled everything. The bakery has a good selection of pastries. The ensaymada with the ube filling is definitely as must-try. The food they offered in the convention was more limited than the breakfast buffet, and they constantly needed to re-supply.

There were security guards roaming every corner, so that's definitely a welcome sight, in terms of feeling secured. Although, I did go back to my room one time when the housekeeping was cleaning and the door was wide open. I walked into the room and the staff just briefly stared and went about their business, not knowing if I was the occupant or not. Makes me wonder if anyone could just walk into any room when they're cleaning and steal valuables.

Hailing a taxi or parking is a terrible experience. Taxis come few and far in between and the queue was severely unstructured. Parking took more than an hour to do, as there's not enough parking space for all the rooms. Even the valet parking took about an hour in the queue before being attended to.

Staying there to unwind and do business makes things a lil bit different from other hotels...they have good food from morning till night time...they have a wonderful bar lounge at the top to have good music and see the beauty outside...but they stand out for they are very accommodating...they dont look at your outer look...they still give you a wonderful service with a personal touch...

Staff are LOVELY! Ultra accommodating. Other half of my stay is at Novotel Araneta, and in comparison, the Diamond Hotel are much more hospitable and friendly.
Rooms lack in complete cleanliness, but amenities are all covered. A little outdated on style, too. But otherwise a great stay.

I love the imposing and impressive lobby of Diamond Hotel. It works hard to sustain its image of exuding opulence and excellence. Many friends and articles praise the hotel for its rooms, facilities and buffet! I haven't heard someone say anything negative about it.

Loved the Christmas ambience. The mini waterfall behind the restaurant was refreshing! The waiters are quick in their service! The menu were great. Their desserts were eye-popping but their crepe was what i enjoyed the most!!
