Too much efffort crossing the pedestrian. They should open the ground level crossing specially if the escalators are not working.

Very good shopping place with a wide variety of brands, boutiques, and shops; wide selection of restaurants and foods.

Grand and new spaces are still being built. SM malls have gone better for the last few years. Employees become more professional and customer oriented. Even the security and rescue team. Kudos Mr Henry Sy.

Too crowded yet a good view to look on to. And also many fun and romantic places to go to. Come and enjoy!

It's a supermall - one of the biggest in Asia. You could literally find everything here.

I think the over all looks needs to be fixed or improved, especially the main face of the mall. Doesn't looked vibrant anymore

Truly the biggest in Asia, almost all major and even small food companies were all gathered in one place. Sm by the bay is awesome, caters people on all walks of life from kid to granny friendly.

Lack of directories and direction for specific shopping or food outlet destination.
Pros- plenty of varieties, shops and fine dine - in to choose from.

Major renovations at the time of this post/review. Hopefully it becomes even better after its done. Has almost all the shops you're looking for.

One of my fave malls! It has everything you need and the fireworks show during weekends (7pm) is something to watch out for.

Large clean mall on Manila Bay, near small amusement park and Casinos. Includes all the typical shops, stores, stalls, movie theater n restaurants plus ice rink, food court, arcade, etc. Easy to get disoriented. Different sections; some sections not enclosed.

Fun place to stroll around because of the big surrounding

As of now not to recommend to visit...let SM fix first the problems in that Mall... very unattractive to shop with construction dust.

One of the best place to visit if you are in pasay. its huges and very nice for selfie, its also a good place to relax, unwind, chill,shopping, eat,or just window viewing or checking latest updates for gadgets and appliances.

It s the most convenient mall to go to since it s developing better and better providing quality local and international brands. Still a para sa masa mall.

World-class Mall. Lots of places to check in. It's a good place to exercise your legs cause you'll be having long walks. Have you heard their jingle "Here at SM, We've got it ALL for you!" That says it all, plus the view of Manila Bay which is very nice to look at especially during sunsets.

All in one mall, perfect place to shop and to hangout

It's a "must-go-see/to" place for people who loves to shop and dine in the south. Good shops and restaurants, really!! An IMAX cinema is a plus too. However, it gets so crowded every weekend! Nonetheless, Tons of choices here , so i guess the mall is living up to its tagline- "we've got it all for you!"

If yiu want to go shopping for the whole day, you should come here. Kidding aside, there's lots and lots of activities to be done here, not just "shopping"

I really enjoy shopping here and eating lunch over here back when I studied abroad in the Philippines. My guardians would take me out here to hangout after school or on the weekends. I miss the ice skating rink and regret not being able to skate on the rink! :(

A large shopping mall and a very good place also for relaxation. Plus a good view of the sea and many choices of restaurant.

All you need they have it. Great mall and easy transportation.

My Friend suggested this place and it's not disappointed after visiting. If you are visiting Manila please make sure to stop over here.

I didn't explore the mall itself for shopping but the corniche area outside was breathtaking.. there were some fun rides and great places to eat

Good place with a lot of restaurants, when you think you know it you discover new shops.

Almost overwhelming. Huge selection of stores. Next time we will plan several shorter visits and include meals there to take a break from the shopping.

Not all items can be found here, but food restaurant have lot to choose from.

Everything You Need In This Mall Big And Spacious Plenty Of Variety And Comfortable To Walk Around.

It's an all regular / special day getaway mall. If you want to stroll, eat or just window shopping, it's a good mall. Though don't expect a better and green environment. Still cant compare to other "good malls" here and outside the country. All in all a good, if not a decent mall. Thumbs up in all the constructions while weekend or when holiday all for the future conveniences of us, customers.

Continuing to expand it will be ever expanding. Love the selection but I hope what's available in SM Megamall, they can also adapt it here such as the restaurants and other stores.

Anything you can think of, sm moa probably has it on sale. Lots of renovation on going, hopefully for the best. Very crowded in weekends

Commuting here is both hard and easy. There are public transport like jeep but the traffic is bad. The parking is also terrible here and getting a taxi is almost impossible. The place has great shops and restaurants so it is sill worth visiting. There are leisure parks like rides as well.

Enjoyable...a little bit crowded as expected but over all, a great relaxing experience. Going to the seaside is a must.

Navigating this mall is dreadful. Bad signage and not a lot of directories.

Nice Shopping centre, many brands, restaurants and fast foods. Noisy inside, many people, many loud music.

A very big shopping place. It's a one stop center. Although it is the biggest mall in SEA, it is quite pack of people eventhough on weekdays.
