Epic fail. Parents were faithful to Netia for 6 years. Last week, telephones began with persuasions for a new, timely contract, which parents did not want and refused. In response, Netia also terminated the old teleon and internet contracts. My parents have moved to T-mobile and are very happy. After 4 months, invoices from Netia began to come and the harassment began. 1 complaint, they apologized and promised it was the last. Second month, another invoice, complaint, apology.
