Incredibly quick service, keeping downtime to a minimum

As always the root cause it found and the issues get resolved. The Netgain team is persistent to get resolution even when I am hard to pin down. They keep following me until the job is done, which is great when from a follow through perspective. Well done.

Quick resolution of my issues. Justin stayed on the phone while I tested my email and everything worked perfectly. Couldn t ask for better service and on a Saturday evening at that!!!
