Absolutely first class for hair extensions. I ve been coming here regularly for 3 years now I used to get my hair done at a high-end studio in London but Image & Co are much better. The staff are very friendly. I m very fussy about my hair and I m always being complimented on how nice my hair looks. Highly recommended.
I visited for a consultation for a human hair wig. Lynne explained all the issues relating to them and suggested it was not what I was looking for, she then spent a long time showing styles and colours.
Wow! what excellent service and with a relaxed environment. Discreet and very compassionate. I have thinning hair/hair loss, what appears to be male pattern baldness. I made an appointment to see Lynne at Image after purchasing a wig from another shop, which was too big. I asked if she could help me with a better fitting wig. There is a separate room, where you can discreetly try on loads of wigs, get professional help and advice until you feel happy with the colour and what suits you best. Lynne had to adjust and customize the wig to fit and then styled it to look absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended. I will now be a regular! Thanks Lynne.
My friend is undergoing chemotherapy treatment presently so we visited Image Group to look at some wigs. We had an appointment with Lynne who took us up to a lovely, quiet and private room where my friend could try on different styles of wigs. Lynne made a somewhat negative situation into a very positive one and we felt very comfortable in her presence. She was so helpful, friendly and understanding. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we found a beautiful wig that suited my friend. She was absolutely delighted with it. Lynne also offered aftercare service and lots of helpful advice so we will definately be returning. Thank you so much for everything Lynne, you really made it a lot easier for us given the circumstances and we were very grateful for that.

I can't express how pleased I am with my hair since I found out about Image Group London. I had an emergencey appointment, after going to a cheaper salon to have my hair extensions done. I was so disspainted with how they left my hair. Luckily, Billy saved the day and I honestly thought no magic could fix would the other salon had done. I am now over the moon with my hair, Billy has done such a good job and all the stylist' really know what they are talking about, especially when it comes to hair extensions. I won't go to another salon now as I've really learnt my lesson, that when it comes to hair don't go for the cheaper option, it;s just not worth it! Love all the girls there and I would 100% recommend Billy as she really does have the magic touch!

I went in for a maintenance trim and brow wax. Had a lovely time with excellent results. It's nice to finally find a hairdresser who listens to my needs and she even made some really helpful suggestions for next time. Definitely going back.
After losing most of my hair to alopecia for the second time I was truly gutted.
I first made an appointment with a salon in Sandhurst which I can honestly say was one of the worst experiences in my life for so many reasons. The owner clearly showed no empathy, had no time, offered no advice and after trying about 3 wigs said to me are you actually going to buy one!
I was dreading my appointment at Image worried I might get the same experience, well how wrong could I be.
Choosing a wig that, you feel comfortable with takes time. Lynne never made me feel rushed and offered lots of advice. I feel Lynne went that extra mile to make sure I was happy.
Losing your hair is so traumatic but since Lynne has found me a wig I feel so much happier in myself.
Go and see Lynne. Trust me she won t let you down!
wow what can i say amazing experience.
I have recently moved to the area and to travel back to bournemouth to get my hair cut will no longer happen. I'm like most men and don't like change but after wanting to try something new, i decide to go for a mens demi perm so phoned Lynne and she said to come straight down. on arrival to her house i was expecting just a small room but NO it was a proper fully working saloon, very warm welcome from all the staff. After a small consolation of what i wanted and what they could do they was straight down to business introducing me to my stylist Alex who took me through the stages of the transformation we was straight to go get the hair washed with an awesome chair that gives you a massage while she was washing my hair the whole time this place kept impressing me. Then we was back to the seat for Lynne to start off the rollers then handed me back to Alex, she is new to the saloon but does not lack experience very knowledgeable in her profession. after the rollers was in i was left to cook, then a rinse off and back to the chair for Alex to give me the perfect cut and style.
I am over the moon with the transformation i would like to say a massive thank you to Alex who has helped with this and also Lynne for squeezing me in short notice nothing is a drama to them and i realised how much more they can offer at the saloon, it won't be long and i will be taking my wife there to see what the fuss is about. i can safely say i will be going back again for all my hair styling needs thank you again Lynne, Alex still speechless.
I came to see Lynne and Billie about my thinning hair to see what could be done, very embarrassing at my age. However with their expertise and products, hair pieces etc. There was so much they could do for me and it is no longer a problem! Can't thank you enough. My girlfriend has also had her hair extensions done with Alex and some lip fillers with Sam and she is over the moon. This salon is the full package and the staff are spot on.
I'm over the moon. After previously going to a salon in Hook for a balayage they made it so uneven and green. I couldn't even wear it down. Alex at image had completely fixed and transformed my hair in so thank ful. Your so talented alex and the whole experience was amazing thank you xxx
I had my 1st Hair appointment today with Billie and I have to say she listened to what I wanted done to my hair and made me feel very welcome. I found the whole experience exceptional. Billie was very friendly, helpful and professional, I will certainly be recommended this Salon to all my friends and family and will be returning when my hair needs to be cut.
After a bad experience with my usual hairdresser I contacted Image Group as a last resort. Lynn made me feel alive again she put me at ease with her can do attitude and sure enough she did. I was made very welcome by all her team and cannot recommend Image highly enough. So if you are in that position where you do not know where to turn give Image a call you will not regret it. Two years on and I am still a regular customer ... great atmosphere Lynn and her team really make you feel at home and my hair is in great condition x

I visited the Image Group today and found it excellent. Due to chemotherapy I have suffered hair loss and will soon need a wig to match my existing hair. I had already tried a local wig salon but they found no good match for my hair.But at Image Group they immediately found three matches with the right hair colour and the style I wanted.
I found the service very good and very friendly and will definitely recommend it to all my friends in a similar situation to my myself. So thanks a lot for your help today!

Cannot rate this service any higher! Lynne is always so happy to help with my needs, I can call up and drop my wig off for a wash and blow dry and collect it at a convenient time for me. I am able to try on wigs, and Lynne is there to offer her professional advice when it comes to what suits you. I feel so very comfortable going to Image it really is a friendly, discreet place to go, if like me you have to wear wigs!! The wigs are fantastic and great quality, and when they get a bit worn send them into Lynne for a wash and blow dry and they return to their original state, at an extremely low cost!! Actually I never realized how much fun it is to try on different wigs!!
I always love coming to my appointments and leave feeling so much better. Alex is fantastic and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am happy and able to visit at times that are suitable for me. I suffer with alopeha and visited The Image Group yesterday for my initial consultation for hair replacement, from the moment I walked in I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. I saw Billie who talked me through the whole process and was amazing I came away feeling so positive and confident that I made the right choice. All of the team are so friendly and Billie really knows her stuff I would recommend to anyone.
My 6 year old daughter has alopecia and Lynne and Image Group London have provided us with a wonderful safe haven to go to. Lynne took so much time to get everything right for my daughter and has made her a very happy little girl. We know that we can go back at any time to order more hair, get the colour and cut just right etc. Most importantly, my daughter loved Lynne and the feel of the salon and now calls Lynne her hairdresser. She has so much advice and knowledge, we feel like we have an ally who can help us for years to come should we need it. It is a wonderfully private yet busy and normal salon to go to, which smells like a lovely spa. Thank you all so much!
After a couple of disappointments and thinking my hair was ruined, Lynne was such an angel, her experience and perfectionism gave me a new and lovely look by fixing the mess I had at another salon.

Having been diagnosed with alopecia, it was recommended that I visit Image Group London.
I booked a consultation with Billie. She was sympathetic and practical but confident that she could get my hair looking good again. I left the salon feeling positive for the first time in ages and thanks to the products that Billie recommended, my hair is looking better than it's looked in months. I've since been back for a glossing treatment and I feel secure in Billie's skills and knowledge as a hairdresser. I'm so pleased that I've found her!
I had a complete redesign by Alex and she did such a fantastic job! My hair was long, thick and unruly to say the least, but I left feeling brand new with a very stylish redo that felt fresh and sleek. They offer so many other services as well...highly recommend!

Excellent service by Billie from start to finish. She spent so much time getting my extensions just right and blended in. Really takes care and pride in her job and is very particular and spends all the time she needs in getting the look just right. Definitely would recommend. Colour match was also just perfect.

A lovely salon with professional, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended for replacement hair. Has a private room so you don't have to expose your bald bits to the other clients! Day 1, was a bit nervous for my first appointment but was put at ease by the lovely Eloise. Once we had discussed my requirements they placed my order for next day delivery. Day 2, returned to collect & was trimmed to suit by the lovely Lynne. The whole process was easy & comfortable. Thank you ladies for making me feel like myself again! X

Have only been to Image in Aldershot twice but have had two great haircuts, styling and colour.
Well worth the trip wherever you may be. The Salon is contained in a separate annexe from the private house, is beautifully styled with amazing wallpaper and chandeliers, you feel like you are at home rather than in a salon. They have really done their homework on products, using exclusive items instead of the mainstream. My hair smelled divine and felt incredibly soft, having arrived with it looking and feeling like straw! Although I have yet to try, I have been informed the beauty treatments are second to none. One of those rare finds I could happily spend hours. Oh and one last thing to mention that I thought was a fab idea, refer a friend and receive a discount on your second visit.
Fabulous salon, the girls always colour my hair beautifully. Recommend!

I have now had a few haircuts by Billie and I can easily say that they have been the best haircuts I have ever had. She is extremely professional with excellent advice over cuts and styling. This has been endorsed by all of my friends who have commented on how good my hair looks since going there. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is very friendly and having found the Image Group in Aldershot, I would not now go anywhere else.
Lyn did a fantastic job of turning me from dark to light it took 9hours and a lot of patience as I have a vast amount of hair.
Can not recommend enough nice people who listen to exactly what the client requests and not what the stylist wants.

I have been going to see Alex at Image for about 4 months and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere now! I have never felt so welcomed and relaxed at a salon by Lynne, Alex and Billie and always leave with a big smile! Alex does my hair to absolute perfection, she really listens to what you want to do and she always gives professional but friendly advice to what will work best. Most importantly she is truly talented at what she does and I always feel in very safe hands. This salon is my best find of 2017 for sure and unreservedly reccomened to anyone.

Although this is published under my husbands name it was actually me, his wife that visited this salon. I cannot praise this enough. I live in France and booked this via the internet for a visit I was taking to the UK. I had no idea how good/bad they were but was surprised that they were fantastic. Billy was fantastic. She was great at giving me highlights, helping me choose the colours and then a brilliant cut. If the rest of the staff are as good as Billy you are in for a treat. I am a regular visitor. I have found the service excellent and l always leave feeling great. My nails have never looked better (thank you Lauren!) and I am so pleased to have found such a competent and trustworthy place to be pampered.
I'm currently undergoing chemo and using the cold cap to try to minimise and prevent any hair loss. This past week I've been devastated to see my hair falling and the apprehension and panic this causes has been distressing for all my loved ones to see. I had already endured an awful experience with the NHS wig service and was feeling really low. I have fine hair naturally and everything was so big and unnatural.
I was fortunate enough to have a friend who recommended Image Group London and got in touch. Four days later, after attending with my sister, I'm the proud owner of truly beautiful hair courtesy of the most incredible stylist Billie. She was kind, attentive and incredibly knowledgable in all aspects of hair loss and I trusted her judgement implicitly. She took into consideration my hair type and style, trimmed a beautifully natural fringe and I was ready for home. My sister now has serious hair envy!
Reaction from my ten year old son ... 'mum I love it - you look so young!' My husband ... 'wow you look lovely - it's better than your own!'
The salon is truly beautiful and somewhere I felt totally safe. Lynne you are running and offering the most wonderful service to all of types of clients. No-one bats and eye-lid when you walk in with a rapidly balding head wrapped in a silk scarf amongst other 'routine' clients, which is all credit to you and your staff. What you are offering is a truly invaluable service and I cannot thank you or recommend your salon highly enough.

Amazing people and relaxing atmosphere my second home
I have had my hair done by Billie at Image. It was a wonderful experience and very relaxing. All the staff are very friendly and incredibly good at what they do. You are always made to feel really welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn t trust any other salon to do my hair or beauty treatments.
I had my hair cut by Alex, she did a fab job and discussed what I wanted before and throughout the styling, recommending products to enhance the style. I Will definitely be returning for my next cut.

Really recommend going to see the girls here at Image, very friendly, and know their stuff. Lynn was very helpful choosing a wig for me which best suited me, left feeling very happy with my new hair. I first came to the salon 9 months ago after experiencing terrible hair breakage and thinning - Lynne was amazing and came to the rescue she did an amazing job of correcting the awful colour and adding extensions. I was absoloutely delighted with the results and continue to be! I cannot rate this salon highly enough I only wish I had found it sooner!

My hair is naturally very fine and when I go out if it gets damp I feel a mess. I was wondering what I could do to enhance it -then I met Lynne from Image Group. I visited her salon-which is absolutely beautiful and she discussed several options with me. I felt in very capable hands. Lynne ordered a top piece for me in a colour to match my own hair. I went back a week later-tried it on and Lynne cut it to my own shape. I absolutely loved my new hair. I honestly came out feeling like "a new woman". Lynne is so helpful, understanding and professional. I would recommend her to anyone for either normal hair service or that 'little extra help' which some of us need. Can't rate highly enough.

Today was an amazing Day for me I got my confidence back thanks to the team at this salon. Amazing all three of them. I was looked after by all three as they put in perfectly colour matched extensions with a level of professionalism we all hope to get at the salon. My poor over treated hair has been replaced by hair that will enable it to recover. I cannot recommend highly enough this fantastic professional and expert team. The care doesn t stop there I go back to check I am doing things correctly and feel confident I will be able to look after my hair. I have alopecia which at times is hard to deal with as it affects your confidence. Wearing a wig helps but finding the right people to help you through the process and make you feel comfortable can be difficult.
I discovered Image Group London @ Aldershot back in September and I have to say the whole team are amazing. I was a bit nervous when I first met Lynn and Alex but I was made to feel so welcome and was seen in a private room.
On my first visit they helped me chose a new hair piece, which Lynn cut to suit me, she also cut my own hair and styled a wig I had purchased previously from somewhere else. The whole experience was without question above and beyond what I was expecting and I left armed with lots of helpful hints and tips all given freely.
I loved what I bought so much that 2 months later I found myself returning to buy another one, the quality is excellent and I now wear it everyday so I decided to treat myself (I'm worth it). Yet again a five star service received from the whole team. Thank you all your superstars xx
