Netcarrier has the best technical/customer support...

Netcarrier has the best technical/customer support I have ever experienced. I have worked alongside the Netcarrier Team for the past 5 years and have never had a bad experience. When things go wrong in the Telecom world, which they do, you can count on Netcarrier to be there to resolve it quickly, efficiently, and with the friendliest of technicians. I highly recommend them!

We are an IT Services Provider in Northern NJ and Netcarrier has changed how we do business in so many ways. They allow us to deliver the best quality services to our clients and they have the best customer service in the game. I never have to question anything when working with them because I know they will always deliver the very best from sales to support.

We switched our phone system to these folks about 4-5 months ago... Terrible service. They are extremely quick to respond to our issues but nothing ever gets resolved. On the rare occasion they do fix a problem, another starts the same day. Since starting with this service we have not gone a full day without some sort of phone problem.

Our company used Net Carrier for a number of years...

Our company used Net Carrier for a number of years. We just made the move to a new provider to utilize a VOIP phone system. It is working great and saving us a whole of money! We left our fax line with NetCarrier. I just found out today they canceled our service. They said they e-mailed us a notice that we needed to respond to within 24 hours or they would disconnect. You guessed it, we didn't get the e-mail. Now they want us to pay $250 before they reconnect our service that we did not cancel. Another revenue stream perhaps? Bottom line, I do not recommend using this company.

Let me put it this way. I still have two accounts ...

Let me put it this way. I still have two accounts with them only because i am being threatened with a contract from five years ago. I cancelled and account in november and I am still being charged for it 7 months later. No response from the supervisor, management team or anyone.
Attached there is an email send months ago with more potential "charges" for a 5 year old phone and dusty router. i will let you judge this company by the tactics on the email.
There are plenty of other good choices, safe your self time, money and headaches.
