Let me put it this way. I still have two accounts with them only because i am being threatened with a contract from five years ago. I cancelled and account in november and I am still being charged for it 7 months later. No response from the supervisor, management team or anyone.
Attached there is an email send months ago with more potential "charges" for a 5 year old phone and dusty router. i will let you judge this company by the tactics on the email.
There are plenty of other good choices, safe your self time, money and headaches.
