Expensive! 7$ for 1 waffle cone and the ice cream was not as good as it should have been, tasted old. I was not impressed!

Good selection of ice creams. I don t know when ice cream became so expensive!

I was here as a tourist from Germany.
The ice cream tasted great. It couldn't be better !!

Super delicious raspberry sorbet - if anyone is lactose intolerant this is a super yummy sorbet!!

I took 1 cone of Rocky road for my friend and a Double brownie fudge for me. The one 1 had felt like a ice cream of bad hot chocolate drink. It was totally not worth the price (close to $6.00 for a scoop). The cone was worse. It was not at all crunchy and was soggy. I had to tear them with my teeth instead of a pleasant crunch while i bite on it. Not going bck there again. My friend also complained about her ice cream. That was equally bad.
Staffs were ok though.

Can get a little crazy in here because it's a small store that is always crowded. Service was very fast and there were plenty of flavors.

I had the feeling that because this place is so touristy, the ice cream won't be good. However I was wrong. Perfect ice cream to have after a long walk in San Francisco!

Don't lose your phone, the Filipino old man won't return it to you and is very rude. i dropped my phone inside the store and kept calling it and I could here it ringing. If it wasn't for one honestly lady I would not have gotten my phone back. And the Filipino man working ther ran out of the ice cream shop followed me and started yelling saying I should thank him. Why? He didn't even want to retun something that was mine. Just buy ice cream at the other dreyers shop.

The place was really busy when we were there but they were very efficient and very yummy!

$.75 for any empty cup to put your 2 year-old s cone in when he needs help eating it. Says volumes about their values. And almost $6.00 for a single scoop with an empty cone. Wow!

I asked for hot fudge Sunday but fudge wasn t hot. Ice cream are pretty good though.

I tried the cookies & cream ice cream with a waffle basket, delicious. The service was fast and the staff attentive.
On weekends it is usually more crowded and the service is a little slow but it is worth the wait.

Great choice of Ice cream and cones but it did come at a price.

Heard a lot of hype about this place so when the opportunity presented itself I eagerly waited in the line. The wait wasn't bad, they are quick to take your order. I decided to try the minty grasshopper macaroon ice cream sammich. Every bite was absolutely delicious! My mouth couldn't be happier.

There's a variety of sugary goodness in display and I can't wait to come back to try more!! Too bad I live in a different city.

Looking forward to going back again. It has a good interior.

Amazing especially for there ice cream macaron/sandwich. Favorite flavors: grasshopper [mint n chip], blueberry crumble & thai tea.

There banana dulce de leche is amazing.

Beware of bait and switch!
I ordered a two scoop cup for my two grand kids to share as one scoop is about $5 and two scoops is about $7. After putting the two scoops in one cup they asked if I wanted a second cup. Sure I said. So he pulls off the top scoop and puts it a second cup. I pay with cc and walk away but notice I got charged for two single scoops!
I was unable to get a partial refund despite my argument.
BTW, the price does not show up on the credit card reader. Makes for convenient overcharging I guess.

Went to this place at 9.05pm and they said they closed at 9pm, guy was very rude about it

Dessert shop in Pier 39 good enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Prices are a tad higher than the norm due to it's location, but sometimes you just have to put it and be done. This shop carry a large collection of Jelly Belly jelly beans that covers every flavors. Front to back on one side of store is all bins fill with them. Dreyers ice cream is also a local favorite with classic to seasonal flavors. The workers are always nice especially Maria always giving me samples. Best deal here is to get banana split made separately, but pay one price. You get extra toppings if you do and don't have to pay extra.

When you step into Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, you're immediately bombarded with an explosion of colors and the scent of homemade waffle cones. Need I say more? If it were cheaper, I'd have a serious weight problem.

Who doesn't love ice cream! Honestly I like going down to Ghirardelli better, but if you don't want to walk that far and wait in a long line, this is a quick place to get ice cream. It's pricey but I'm guessing the rent is crazy expensive here.

Their staff were busy chatting away and not serving the customers while me and another group of customers entered the shop. We need to call them to catch their attention before they take our order. Anyway their ice cream is much sweeter than my liking.

They serve really good ice cream. There are variety of ice cream. Bought the mint chocolate chip ice cream serve with the homemade waffles, It's fantastic. Recommended for those sweet tooths!!!

Joy in a cone! Good selection and worth a try. Had the almond mocha ice cream which was tasty.

Although the ice cream was good, the price is out of this world. For tourist only.

Excellent ice cream, but be prepared to pay mondo San Francisco prices! Still, a small was 2 scoops and was more than enough to fill me up. And I was pretty hungry. The usual choices are present, along with a few odd ducks for connoisseurs or people who are just picky.

Order some cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone, you will not be disappointed! Plenty of dough chunks and plenty of ice cream! A good deal for the price :) especially on the pier.
