Lovely venue for events and the grounds are impressive. The room I got was just okay though staff were very friendly.

I always find a regal feel when i come here. Mostly here for conferences and the brunch and confectionary are simply amazing. But the lifts don t work. Had a quite a laugh with foreign dignitaries in the non functioning elevators. The garden behind the new building has a duck. I think it was a duck or a swam in-the pond.

The concierge sabita is a great help.

A bit dated. The room was slightly musty and there was a lot of dust circulating around the room. The food at Sunrise restaurant was average to below average and expensive $$$. Staff at the hotel were polite. Good location. Good wifi coverage and speed even though it expensive.

Feels like I was transported back into the European Renaissance era with the exterior of this place. Doorman was really friendly and greets you every time you enter/ exit. We stayed at a room that has a pool view - very pretty view in the morning. Love the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Strongly recommend. There s a shopping mall right outside as well - perfectly situated with all amenities.

A very beautiful and posh hotel.
Food is way too awesome to describe in words.
The same goes for the rooms. Very calm and elegant ambience. Has excellent views of mountains from most rooms.
The hotel has all modern features that one would expect from a 5 star hotel.
The only downside, it is quite expensive!
Yet I would highly recommend this place.

Hey guys. Loved the hotel and staff, but the drinks were too expensive. Even with our 30% discount (executive level), we left the property instead of staying in your bar. There is no reason to charge US $20 for a $3 glass of Dewars scotch. If you had been more moderately priced, we would have stayed at the bar all night and probably eaten at the restaurant.

Shower has to be taught everytime to give water properly

One of the most decent yet beautiful hotel with a lake in the garden area .Different cuisines , locals are very humble, a casino to enjoy , the hotel has Shopping centre as well, the room service is superb. I had been there for an interview but i got opportunity to see AI robot sophia and a shooting for web series.Hotel seems to be 1st class,well maintained and clean.I dont know about food but outside look of the hotel definately seems to be of a 5 star.

I've been to Kathmandu twice.
The inside is nice and well-kept, but the inside of the hostel is a bit outdated.

There is more room for improvement than price.

I Attended Rotary program at yak and yati so nic arrengment, good gedring.

Their restaurant buffet is much better than the catered food they serve for events. the management could be a more customer oriented. They weren't very helpful or receptive of requests we made for two events we hosted there. They did not let us even take a look at the event halls a day before our program! When we arrived on the day of the program, the event Hall smelled stuffy like the hall had not been opened or used for days. And they only give Wi-Fi access for 3 devices per event, you need to pay for more people to access wifi.
