A 108 for 8800 euros seen on the site. Once arrived at the dealer it appeared that another 800 euros in mandatory delivery costs was added. This is presented on the site as an option, while in real life it's about delivery costs. Pure deception and legally prohibited since 2016 to charge delivery costs separately! Peugeot Amersfoort claims that the extra costs are needed to be able to give a 6-month warranty on the car, while with an occasion from 4500 euros you are legally entitled to a 6-month Bovag warranty. Since there is misleading advertising, I also made a report of this to the ACM. My advice: Do not go into the sea with these scammers.

For me it is always a nice test needle for customer friendliness how you are helped with a trivial question. Everyone is nice when selecting a new car.
My son got his driver's license this week and together we refurbished a fresh Peugeot 106 as his first car. Now only a light on the license plate was broken. We stopped by Nefkens where he was kindly helped at the desk and he received the light for free.
A nice gesture and a good chance that his next car will be a Peugeot again.

I have a very bad experience with this garage. Our Peugeot 307 SW always went there until 4 years ago for the MOT. But they made us pay way too much, for example: our radiator could easily take 30,000 km and they were already replacing it. In short, a case where they aim to make you pay too much.

For once we went to a real Peugeot garage, because we only had the car for a short time. Major service and MOT for 600 euros. My husband drives it off and shoots his brakes ahead! Thank God not on the highway. Mechanic's mistake ... this could have turned out quite differently.
My husband got a bottle of wine as a make-up.
Next time just back to our own garage, no dealer but so much better.

Great help with the MOT and maintenance of my car. Replacement transport was offered. This was unnecessary and was brought home by a driver and picked up again in the afternoon. Top service keep it up!

I have maintained my Peugeot at this garage for a number of years, but I am increasingly dissatisfied. They are fine with standard items, but pricey. Once you have something that is not standard, you have a problem. First they charge research costs, but they generally cannot find the problem with that. You lose the car for a whole day to have it connected to the computer, where nothing comes out. Then they make a follow-up appointment to make it real for the main price.

You would think they have a knowledge base for common problems so they quickly know what's wrong with the car. If I search through Google I usually find the correct information myself, why does this garage not know?

As far as I am concerned, the final straw is that a lamp was broken after MOT approval. I had reported that it was broken, because I had already found that. That is one of the things that must be in order to be approved. How could they have overlooked that? It is totally bad because I reported it in advance. For the real laymen, they even made a beep with a message in the car as soon as you start the engine. And even with that, the garage has not noticed the broken light. Then what else is being overlooked?

I now have an error for the gearbox, but I will take it elsewhere to fix that.

Come on a Saturday at 4:30 pm because the headlight was broken. There was no one in the workshop to help but the seller was kind enough to replace the lamp. Sleeves rolled up from a snow white shirt and helped me.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had seen a nice 108 for my daughter. Because the
for me 1 hour drive to this dealer, I asked the seller to view this car and give me feedback on the condition of this car. In short 100% OK.
Last Thursday I went to take a quick look and found that there were a few points that needed attention; Scratches / faded plastic doors / Odor / Cleaning.
The seller guaranteed that all points would be resolved so that I could pick up / buy the car on Saturday.
When collecting the car, it turned out that nothing had been done about those points of interest. There were not even any
mats in. In addition, a star has also been detected in the windscreen. But even worse is that it is a smoked car !! You never get that dirty smell 100%. I already mentioned that on Thursday and now again. And the sellers insist that it is not a tobacco smell ?!
This is at an official Peugeot Dealer, then you think right that everything is well arranged and delivered, but unfortunately not. I just lost a Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning for this one
nonsense.
As an alternative, they offered me another 108 occasion, but pay an additional 1000. What a bad service and solution. Watch out when doing business with this company.

The seller called me this afternoon and explained that this should not have happened. He also admitted that there was smoking in the car and that
should have said beforehand. His concern was what I wrote here about Nefkens Amersfoort. The company already had a bad image and the task of this seller was to improve it greatly. It is logical that a bad review is not beneficial and was looking for a solution.

In short: buying another car with an extra amount of 750 to be paid instead of that 1000.

Turnover is apparently more important than customer confidence and satisfaction. Ultimately, this company wants me to buy another car and even pay extra.

What a letdown!

Ultimately, the seller Kasper Stikkelorum has now helped us well. After a lot of viewing 108's at different Nefkens dealers, we bought a nice car, clean and in very good condition. Unfortunately, we have had to pay an extra 750, but we are still successful and satisfied.
Therefore now 3 stars instead of 1.

A good example of an organization that has stuck to the past. The dealership, read Peugeot ambassadors have really worked on never taking a Peugeot for me again.
This started with the delivery of the car, which still had a number of points not to be missed, such as a display that lit all kinds of alarm sensors and alignment of the car that was adjusted to a Nascar oval circuit.
Every year I come to this dealership about 4 times with my car, now three years old. For me, three times too much for a car of such age.
When calling for an appointment, you regularly end up automatically at the head office, while I actually call Amersfoort. You only notice this when you have told your story to the operator. After which it is told in a very friendly tone that they will put you through again, so that you can tell your story again. I have been calling this annoying for two years and have been told all along that they are working on it, or that it is a temporary employee who has no influence on it.

Recently my Urea had to be refilled. "You don't have to make an appointment for this, you can just drive by". Top! I stood there at 12:35 PM. "Sorry sir, we are having lunch break" if I just wanted to wait until 1 pm.
I very much wonder if the employees themselves want to be helped that way.

Great company, where I was personally helped very well with the purchase of our new car. It looked neat and tidy and they were very friendly and took plenty of time for us! And not unimportantly, in my opinion we got a very fair amount back for our old car.

At the time that the company was still called Bovee, please purchase a new 308 and had to maintain. Corollary that we offered our new love, a Peugeot Boxer motor home for an MOT. Rejected on multiple points. Costs around 1500 euros. Supplemented by the notice, but to do better from this old barrel. I ended up at Nefkens Amersfoort during my search for a new car. Extremely friendly and professionally helped by Ronald Smit. After a test drive in the car, he neatly and honestly discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the model and transmission I wanted. Ultimately proceeded to the negotiation process and succeeded. What particularly appeals to me is that you do not require a deposit when purchasing an occasion, you just pay on delivery; fair enough. It is also fine with the warranty. Also, mr. Smit offered to update the navigation software for free. As far as I'm concerned, you can safely buy a car here. The prices are also about 1000 euros lower than at the Peugeot brand dealer in Amsterdam for similar models.

Have an inspection done to the starter motor that was having problems. I had to pay 70 euros for this. Mechanic drove the car around, could only tell me that the rear tire was almost worn out. I was told they could do a further inspection, but then I had to pay even more money. Thick extortion, do not work with this dealer.

3rd attempt and scammed again. Again replaced things that were not requested. Again several amounts that are getting higher and higher. Start at 170 to end with a total cost of 320 .

This is the umpteenth time last time I was told that filters had to be replaced that had been in it for just a week. And parts had to be replaced that functioned.

So if you want to be screwed, go thieving gangs here. NEVER go here again.

Watch out for this garage! I came for a simple tire change, and was unsolicited faced with all kinds of defects on the car that needed repair. A.o. the battery suddenly did not work well and the car had starting problems (I had never had it myself). Afterwards I received an error message that the tire pressure sensors could not be read. They could not repair it - even after more than a week. Should pay research costs and for a speed sensor, a total of 195 euros. Another garage could do this within a few minutes.

Seems like a lot of repairs only after the second attempt for a repair to be remedied.
Some things are never solved;
Like the navigation of which the touchscreen never worked well.
If you drive through the car wash, it drizzles in at the doors. Or is that normal with Peugeot cars?
After having been a loyal customer for seven years, I think I have given enough opportunities for improvement and I am now ready for it.
Too bad, a Peugeot is still nice to drive.

The replacement of a complete exhaust (catalytic converter, center silencer and final silencer) for a Peugeot 206 appears to have to cost a total of 1,500 at the MOT in August 2019.
In February 2019, however, the total price for the same complete exhaust was still 1,000.
In other words, an absurd price increase that is totally unbelievable.
They seem to do something in terms of prices.
